Green tea contains less than a quarter the amount of caffeine per cup than in a similar-sized cup of coffee. More about caffeine.
Steeping green tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water just short of boiling. Then pour water over tea and steep for 1-3 minutes (if using a tea bag) or 2-4 miuntes (if using full-leaf tea.)

Put about six bags in a couple liters of water in the sun for a few hours and get prepared for your new addiction. If you like it sweetened, use Stevia for a low hypoglycemic index, natural, healthy option that works very well with the flavor.

This is a wonderful tasting green tea. Plain green tea is so boring but this sure isn't! Nice apple taste.
Lovely balance of fruit and floral

I fell in love with this tea over a decade ago, and it remains one of my favorite teas ever.
The delicate balance of fruity and floral notes over a never-too-strong green tea is excellent as a lazy-day wake-up, or a cozy-evening balm.
Excellent with a bit of sugar or honey to enhance the fruit and floral flavors.
Go-to green tea!

I love this tea, which is my go-to tea for the end of summer and start of fall. The apple blossom gives the tea a great aroma and a fresh sweetness in each sip. It's hard to get tired of this tea-- I drink multiple cups a day!
