Joanna , FL	This mug holds heat very well (so well I burned my tongue the first time I used it!) It's the perfect size for a cup of tea in the morning on the way to work. The only complaint I have is that sometimes the tea turns bitter because it keeps steeping after pressing, but I just try to steep for the shortest amount recommended before pressing to prevent it.
