Steeping Instructions

Steeping black tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil. Then pour water over tea and steep for 3-5 minutes if using a tea bag or full-leaf.

 		Brewed for 3minutes subtle flavors very nice. Looking forward to brewing a pitcher for iced tea. As with all tea, timing the brewing is vital to the taste not getting bitter.
