Steeping Instructions

Steeping black tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil. Then pour water over tea and steep for 3-5 minutes if using a tea bag or full-leaf.

My perfect cup is a mix of half Darjeeling and half Earl Grayer, loose tea leaves (of course) brewed in a proper pot, so that one may enjoy the aroma, and contemplate the blend in each sip. Try a little more or less of each to find your perfect cup.
