Steeping Instructions

Steeping black tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil. Then pour water over tea and steep for 3-5 minutes.

 		I love decaffeinated Earl Grey teas, and this is one of the nicest. It has that subtle bergamot flavor that doesn't overpower. I do have a problem with Republic of Tea's bags in general, because they sometimes "leak" into the tea water, leaving an unpleasant residue at the bottom of the cup.
