Steeping red tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil. Then pour water over tea and steep for 5-7 minutes if using a tea bag or full-leaf.

Caffeine free cuppa

I am half English, half Japanese, so I am very serious about my tea! I have been trying to cut out caffeine all together for health reasons (and feeling so much better now because of it), but giving up my cuppa Earl Grey just seemed too much to ask. Enter Red Earl Grey. It is important to use a _heaping_ teaspoon, and to let it steep a while, but if you make it nice and strong then the taste really is reminiscent of a good Earl Grey (of course the taste is different than black tea, but it is still very good). Love this tea, and I drink it almost every day in the fall/ winter.
