This tea has completely eliminated my hot flashes in less than a week. I prefer it iced and drink a short glass of it every afternoon.....I love it. I have been buying it in the travelers' tins as that is all that's available. Please tell me you have a warehouse full of travelers' tins!?

This is the best and only tea that has helped me on my horrible monthly PMS symptoms. I used to have terrible cramps that would cause me to break out in cold sweats then black out. I cannot take painkillers because I am allergic to it. This tea has significantly reduced my PMS symptoms. I now have very slight to mild bloating and cramps occasionally. Although I have to admit the taste of the tea was odd tasting at first, but with anything, it is an acquired taste. I would rather learn to acquire the taste than have to suffer from such severe PMS symptoms monthly. If you add honey, a peach, or a mango teabag to the tea, it actually tastes pretty good. This tea is worth a try if you want to reduce your PMS symptoms suffering every month ladies.

I am not normally a tea drinker but decided to try this after a yoga class. I LOVED it! I don't know yet if it's working for my PMS symptoms but the blend of flavors is perfect!
