Steeping Instructions

Steeping red tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil. Then pour water over tea and steep for 5-7 minutes if using a tea bag or full-leaf.

 		I was surprised by the smooth taste, and that this tea actually worked for my horrid PMS systems. On days my tastebuds are overly sensitive, I can taste a slight aftertaste but I work around it by adding one hibiscus tea bag to it. This tea works, and it's worth every sip!

 		Flavor is a bit different and took me a bit to get used to but now I love it. More to the point, this stuff works. Really well. And not only for its advertised PMS but all the time. When you feel out of sorts, drink a cup. Awesome.

 		i love the coconut-ty taste in this tea. the flavor is so harmonious and calming. it helps me keep it together during those days when everything around me seems to be falling apart. :) i just wish stores carried it.
