As advertised this tea has big flavor. I read a few reviews to get an impression from other tea drinkers. When I read one by a person from California who said it was too spicy my mind was made up. Although it lacks caffeine it woke up my taste buds and I sailed through the afternoon. Let's call it dessert.

Love the taste

I have had this before and after a meal and I feel it does give me a boost and it helps me in the afternoon at work when I get sleepy. It is not very spicy at all. It has a nice kick with the blend of cinnamon and ginger. I definitely suggest you try it if you want a change and something that is caffeine free!!!

I have been on diet in the last few months and hit plateau... So wanted to try this tea and it works! I drunk this tea in sunday late afternoon, did yoga (only a little above 100cal burn according to my bracelet), ate dinner (carbonara pasta and salad) and went to sleep. And I weighed 2lb less in the next morning! I have been constipated so this tea gotta be it! Sipping this tea makes me really hot! But I don't mind because I feel like it is a sign of burning cals. And some review mentioned it is very spicy, but trust me, it is NOT. It is a little, but she is crazy to call it 'very spicy'. I feel bad for her because it really work!

Wow! This tea is too highly spiced. I hate spicy things when it comes to confections and beverages. I've now drunk it once, but that is as far as I'll get in drinking this type of stuff.
