Steeping Instructions

Steeping red tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil. Then pour water over tea and steep for 5-7 minutes if using a tea bag or full-leaf.

I was on a journey to find a way to feed my hair from the inside out to grow it back strong and healthy. After walking the aisles in Whole Foods Market, the name "Get Growing" caught my eye. I picked it up off the shelf and read the ingredients and saw that it was packed with "healthy hair" goodies. :O) I have been hooked ever since and HAPPY to say that my hair is strong, healthy and down my back. I am delighted with this product. I purchase 2-3 cans at a time. Also, it tastes great and whenever I am drinking my tea, people want to know what it is and that it smells good. Sometimes, I add a little honey, but most of the time, just drink like it is. THANK YOU!
