Herb Tea for Constipation - We created this naturally caffeine-free herbal blend of organic rooibos and senna leaves to help you get it going gently. Senna is known for its mildly laxative effects*. Let's just say its natural compounds help move things along.

Steeping Instructions

Steeping red tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil. Then pour water over tea and steep for 5-7 minutes if using a tea bag or full-leaf.

Combats side effects of medication November 16, 2011

 		I have to take a certain medication that causes constipation as a side effect. Drinking a large mug of this tea every evening helps me gently deal with this problem in a healthful way. It is good both with or without honey. I sometimes combine it with a teabag of Pomegranite Vanilla to help add a bit more of a fruity flavor.
