Herb Tea for Constipation - We created this naturally caffeine-free herbal blend of organic rooibos and senna leaves to help you stay regular. Senna is known for its mildly laxative effects*. Let's just say its natural compounds help move things along.

Steeping Instructions

Steeping red tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil. Then pour water over tea and steep for 5-7 minutes if using a tea bag or full-leaf.
