Steeping herbal tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil. Then pour water over tea and steep for 5-7 minutes if using a tea bag or full-leaf.

Spring Tea: Fig bits with rice flour, apple bits, pineapple bits, hibiscus, figs, sliced almonds, flavoring, beetroot, rosebud bits, rose petals, hibiscus extract
Summer Tea: Apple bits, rosehip peels, citrus peels, strawberry bits, sunflower petals, flavoring, bamboo leaves
