This vinegar is perfect! I use it to make salad dressings, pair with other items to make sauces, and I even put it in water for a refreshing vinegar and water drink. A bit of vinegar will help prevent charlie horse style leg cramps. WONDERFUL! You can't get a similar flavor in any other vinegar on the market. You will love it! |

I use this in place of red wine vinegar. I love the flavor of this hibiscus vinegar and I'm constantly finding new ways to include it in my meals. |

I really liked the vinegar. It taste simiar to a balsamic, but has a fruitier tast. It makes a really balsamic vinegret for a salad which I crumble blue cheese and walnuts over. |
