Green tea contains less than a quarter the amount of caffeine per cup than in a similar-sized cup of coffee. More about caffeine.
Steeping green tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water just short of boiling. Then pour water over tea and steep for 1-3 minutes (if using a tea bag) or 2-4 minutes (if using full-leaf tea.)

I'm not crazy about mint tea. I bought this because i had come into contact with this place that sold iced green tea that had something in it that i could only describe as minty. And it was SOOOOO good. So what i did was get some Macha tea and buy this and make them separately then combine and pour over ice and it's delightful! It's not exactly like what i had but it's close enough and i'm happy with it. I suggest you give it a try. Macha is expensive. You might want to get your hands on the sampler that has double macha, double red and double chocolate in order to try macha before you spend a huge amount of money on macha. I love it but it's not everybody's cup of tea. And then if you do like it you must try this combination!! It's just so good. The tea by itself is very high quality. I'm just not big on mint tea lol. I'm very glad i purchased it for my purposes though. It is good for more than one infusion.
