I bought this tea, because I read that Hibiscus tea lowers your blood pressure; I'm always looking for ways to be more healthy. It is a tasty tea, which is good with or without honey. I started with the small tin, but recently purchased the biggest bag, so I can be sure to have 1 or 2 cups everyday without constantly having to reorder. In the future, will try the hibiscus combo teas as well.

 		I love this tea. I have a cup every morning. I love the beautiful color, and the refreshing, slightly tart/slightly sweet taste. It also makes really nice iced tea. And a really nice bonus, Dr Oz says it's great for high blood pressure. What's not to like?
