Spot of Sunshine Herb Tea - Blended with orange peel, sweet carrot and beetroot bits, raw green rooibos takes on a fresh wake-up flavor. If you could taste sunshine, it just might taste like this. Low in tannins, it steeps a unique, gratifying cup – hot or iced.
Heat fresh, filtered water to boiling. Place one tea bag in your cup and pour in 6 oz of the heated water. Steep for 5-7 minutes. Remove the tea bag and enjoy. For iced tea, double the amount of tea bags used, steep as above and pour over a generous amount of ice.

I am heartbroken to see this tea discontinued. It is my favorite afternoon tea, and I have often mixed it with various green teas for a morning brew. I wish the Minister of Tea would at least suggest a reasonable replacement.
Go To Tea

My go to cup of tea. I enjoy this tea in the morning to start my day or in the afternoon for a pick me up or to relax at night. It is mellow and just a bit sweet. I never get tired of drinking this tea.

This is an excellent tea. Very mellow and easy to drink, with no overwhelming notes. Just smooth, bright and clear. It's the tea I drink when I can't make up my mind.
