Steeping green tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water just short of boiling. Then pour water over tea and steep for 1-3 minutes (if using a tea bag) or 2-4 minutes (if using full-leaf tea.)

My Favorite Tea
What started out as my morning tea has become my go-to drink whenever I need something besides water. Subtle flavor (smooth I guess you can call it) that doesn't overwhelm my nose or tongue. I searched for a green tea because of the health benefits and wanted an organic product. This tea is the result of that search. Highly recommended.
Great in Smoothies
Just like everyone else's comments...this tea is mild, smooth and fragrant. I found a smoothie recipe using strongly brewed green tea and this one fits the bill perfectly. It's flavor is not overwhelming to the taste of the smoothie but definitely adds to the overall great taste. This is also my go-to green tea for whenever I want the feel of spring.

Fresh green, herbal and smooth. Not one bit bitter. This is my all time favorite green tea and healthy tea to drink! I'm not kidding...it's my number 1. These teabags make it very easy to take with me anywhere and everywhere I can get a cup of hot water. Always helps if I have a stomach ache, or just to settle my stomach after a meal too. For those who don't want to deal with frothing the powder, this is the quick & easy answer. Enjoy!
