I loved the idea of this concentrate. I buy powdered green tea, sweetened and unsweetened. I mix an then run it through the blender with soy milk. I feel like blending in the blender helps it settle less. I thought right on, I don't have to do that I can just shake up my soymilk with the concentrate. Not so much. Part of what I like about matcha is the earthy taste and the grassy green tea. I get the grassy green tea, way to much sweetness, no earthiness to balance that out. I'll give this to a friend you likes his green tea lattes sweeter than I do.

I really love macha...this product is excellent, but just a bit too sweet for my taste. I will probably buy it again, it is convenient to use.

Great product but too sweet!

I love that this concentrate is organic! It says that it is lightly sweetened, but the drinks I made using this product were way, way too sweet for my taste. I would prefer to buy an unsweetened version of this concentrate. That would leave one the option of sweetening drinks to taste, or leaving them unsweetened.

Placing my second order. Three things I love to drink; Matcha tea, High Alkaline water and organic unsweetened juice. I have been making Matcha tea from powder and many times trying to rush out the door in the morning to work and had to skip my tea. Not anymore. The night before I fill 2 glass bottles with Alkaline water, Matcha concentrate and organic pure pomegranate, cherry or cranberry juices and put in the frig. Now it is grab and go and it taste great.

...that this has not yet been rated. Ordering was very simple on Sat, shipped on Mon, arr on Wed. Got it with free shipping. I searched the web, but this product was only available here-biggest selling point-unlike the other concentrates here, this is the only that is organic. I opened it immediately and licked the foil used to seal it. Delicious! Rich matcha taste which be diluted as it states on the label without losing it or tasting watered down. I was concerned since the label calls for milk or milk type product, but water and ice work just fine. It was very tasty and refreshing. This will make 64x8oz servings at a ratio of 1oz of concentrate to 7 of water/milk. I usually use almond or rice milk and will have to pick some up tomorrow. Plan on making smoothies with this. It comes to abt 72 cents per 8oz serving after mixing it with water. If you mix is with anything else, you would have to add that cost. Of course that is abt 1/3 of what you would pay in a tea/coffee shop and then it would no
