CAFFEINE:On average, Matcha contains less than half the amount of caffeine per cup than in a similar-sized cup of coffee. More about caffeine. STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS:Fill the kettle with fresh, filtered water and heat to just short of boiling. Fill matcha bowl or cup with warm water and pour out. Add 1 teaspoon of matcha powder to bowl or cup. Add 6 oz hot water. Using a tea whisk, whisk briskly for a minute or two until the matcha forms a nice green colored foam.

What can I say but Awsome! I am after all a valley girl.
I was fortunate enough many years ago to be able to go to Japan and particiapate in a tea ceremony. Now I can go back in my heart every time I enjoy your wonderful tea. And its organic! The search is over and I can rest in peace.

I was told this was a very vegetal tea but given a 'recipe' that included a touch of soy milk and agave syrup. I used the recipe and love this tea as the soy cut down the vegetal flavor a bit. I most recently bought the whisk to try and make it the 'proper' way. I have really grown fond of this tea. I don't unfortunately have another vendor's matcha to compare it too.
not the best quality, but plenty of quantity

This is not as smooth as the other matcha I've had, and it doesn't taste as delicious. But, on the other, there's a lot of it, compared to what you'd find elsewhere for this price.
Depends on what you're looking for.
