Now, these SuperHerb Teas can be an easy part of your daily wellness regimen.

Tea for Everyday Wellness*

Galangal root or Thai Ginger is a common ingredient in Thai soups and curries. It is very similar to common ginger but has a slight lemony flavor and floral aroma. We have added lemongrass to accentuate the citrus notes and honey flavor for a sweet finish. Like ginger, galangal has been used for thousands of years in Asia to help with digestion, nausea and upset stomachs.*

It's not like regular ginger, a bit stronger. I add it to most of all my plain teas, black, oolong & green, if I want more of spicy tea.

This tea has a mor3 "delicate" flavor than most ginger teas, but is quite refreshing consumed cold on a hot day. Living in South Texas, this will be one of my go-to teas during the summer.

I've tried several ginger teas, but this is the best. It's subtle and smooth and has become my favorite!
