Green tea contains less than a quarter the amount of caffeine per cup than in a similar-sized cup of coffee. More about caffeine.
Steeping green tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water just short of boiling. Then pour water over tea and steep for 1-3 minutes (if using a tea bag) or 2-4 minutes (if using full-leaf tea.)

Good but not as lemony as I would wish it to be
Medicinal at first

I'm not generally a fan of flavored teas, but I know a lot of people put honey and lemon in their brew so I thought I'd give this a spin. I was not disappointed. At first I was worried, as it tasted medicinal, like honey lemon cough drops. I might not have had it again if I didn't have a bag of leaves sitting in my cupboard. The second time I had it, though, I was hooked. It's now one of my top favorite teas, and I plan on getting a tin of it so it can be a staple in my stash.
The smell is subtly sweet, followed by a hint of lemon. The taste is smooth, with honey rolling into a slight tang of lemon that lingers before giving way to a mellow, vegetal green tea flavor.
An absolute must-have for anyone who likes tea!
