Regional Sales Manager - Northwest

Elevating tea to its rightful place beside fine wine, The Republic of Tea, creator of the super-premium bottled, brewed iced tea category, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the geographic expansion of the business via the continued development of its on-premise line of Award Winning ready-to-drink varietal bottled iced teas. These organic, all natural bottled iced teas are sold exclusively to premier restaurants and hotels.

Requirements for this exciting opportunity:

• A minimum of 3 years sales management experience in the on-premise premium beverage industry. Only candidates meeting this requirement will be considered. Experience working for or with wine and spirits distributors preferred.

• Must be based in the San Francisco, CA area. Preferred candidate will currently reside in Northern California and have a strong knowledge of the fine dining restaurants and premier hotels in that market.

• Experience managing sales in multiple markets is a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• A proven track record in sales achievement in the on-premise channel.

• Organized self-starter who works well independently.

• Creative and innovative with a high level of enthusiasm and energy.

• Frequent business travel throughout the Northwest Region including Northern CA, WA, OR, AK, MT, SD, and ND.
