Training and Education Manager

The Republic of Tea, the category leader in specialty teas, is seeking a Training and Education Manager to educate our citizens, ambassadors, and ministers through class demonstrations, and other networking channels for our award-winning teas.

Requirements for this exciting opportunity:

• A minimum of 5 years gourmet or specialty food experience; 2 years tea expertise a must.

• Proven track record in educational training for networking channels.

• Skilled in writing educational copy for website, brochures, etc.

• Experience in creating training videos

• Experience being the company representative at public events.

• Highly organized, detail oriented, and creative.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

• Innovative, flexible, analytical, and goal-oriented.

• Knowledgeable about training design, development, production, timelines, budgets, and delivery.

• Knowledgeable in Word, Excel, Quark Xpress, PhotoShop, and Illustrator Programs.

• Willing to work on-site in Novato, CA or Nashville, IL office.

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or Business preferred.
