Finance/Accounting Support

The Republic of Tea, the category leader in specialty teas, is seeking a Finance Specialist to assist the Controller with finance and accounting responsibilities.

Requirements for this exciting opportunity:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience

• Experience with inventory and expense report reconciliation

• Knowledgeable in shrink, inventory, and cost reporting analysis

• Experience with tracking and reporting

• Knowledge of State sales tax calculations

• Experience with year end and mid year pricing calculation and data entry

• Assist with Month-end close

• Ability to work with Sales team on pricing issues

• Confidentiality minded

• Proficient with 10 key

• Excellent analytical skills

• Proven problem-solving abilities

• Superior communication skills

• Excellent planning and organization abilities

• Integrity

• Willing to work on-site in our Nashville, Illinois office

• Master’s degree, CPA preferred, or equivalent experience
