Makes Amazing Iced Tea (even unsweetened!)
This tea is delightful. We purchased in it trying to replicate Panera's green tea - and Pinterest suggested this was the tea that they used. It is NOT the tea Panera uses, it is not even green tea. It is, however, just as delightful!!! It is a mild tea with its own fruity sweetness. The fruit tones are mild, but just enough to give the tea a lovely flavor. We make a pitcher and add 1/4c sugar, however, this tea is excellent even unsweetened! I am eager to buy another tin, as I feel that I go through withdrawal when I am at work!
i LOVE this tea
i LOOOOOVVEE this tea!!
Passionfruit papaya is perfect
Passionfruit papaya is perfect, hot or cold, in all seasons. It is just delightful and we are BIG Republic of Tea fans, who always buy a couple of flavors in bulk.
So much papaya
I know, it's a papaya tea, but I was expecting something with a little less papaya flavor. To me this tea has a funny, almost chalky aftertaste. If you love passionfruit and papaya, then this tea might be a hit with you because the flavors are very strong. If instead you are looking for a great tropical tea that is even better iced, then I recommend Mango Ceylon. That one tastes like what some restaurants serve as their tropical iced tea.
I just love you!
I was having PassionFruit Papaya withdrawal. It was terrible and then I found Republic of Tea again. I thought I lost you. You saved me. I had the tin open and a tea bag steeping before the delivery man was in his truck! Thank you so much.
