Caffeine:

Green tea contains less than a quarter the amount of caffeine per cup than in a similar-sized cup of coffee. More about caffeine.

I'm a coffee drinker. Never really been a tea fan.....but I had a cup of the ginger pineapple green tea at a family member's home and I was hooked. It is truly delicious. Not bitter. I liked it so much my daughter in law sent me home with the tin. I love citrus and this tea fits the bill. So fresh. It's a green tea I will actually drink. I look forward to brewing a cup in the evening when day is done. And, thank you for offering the refills bags for my beautiful tin.

The combo of ginger and pineapple is delicious and green is my favorite tea. I only wish it came in loose leaf.
