Steeping white tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water just short of boiling. Then pour water over tea and steep for 30-60 seconds (if using tea bags) or 2-3 minutes (if using full-leaf.)

I have several food allergies, including pineapple. Using this tea I get the lovely subtle flavor I crave without the side effects of the real fruit.

NEW ITEM ON FAVORITES LIST!

This is one of our family's new favorite teas--with a great aroma. We use it without sweetener but a little bit of honey probably would work, too. We'll definitely be brewing it as iced tea this Summer.
Very good, a bit of a bite

This tea has a very good, light flavor. The one thing I noticed is that there is a little bite at the end that I normally don't experience with white tea. Not my favorite, but very good nonetheless.
Very interesting flavor.

I am still trying to find the right brewing time for my taste. I am used to drinking white and green teas. This is my first experience with an Oolong. I think I need to go back to my one minute brewing time. It is a good tea and I will try until I get it right.

Awesome tea. Subtle, but great flavor, pleasant smell. Very relaxing...I bought the 250 bag quantity recently, really enjoy it.
One of my favorites

Delicious. One of my favorites.
Will buy again.

Only tried once so far but Good! You can taste the pineapple. I also really like white tea anyway as it is less bitter. Will buy again.
LOVE THIS TEA!
May 05, 2013
I absolutely love this tea. I add just a little raw agave nectar and sometimes a little splash of Patrone Citrone. It tastes great with just a little sweetener. If you add milk to the sweetener, it tastes like liquid cake. It makes me happy. When Whole Foods stopped carrying it and I couldn't find it anywhere, I was pretty upset but then I called Republic of Tea directly and thank goodness, they still carry it! It's my favorite tea. I drink it every day. I hope Rep of tea never stops making it. I don't think I could live without it...sounds dramatic, I know, but I really feel that way! Don't ever take away my PG White.
Great for Cold Brewing
April 02, 2013
After watching a video regarding the nutritional benefits of cold brewing tea, I decided to try cold brewing. Four tea bags to two quarts of water, throw in fridge over night, next day its ready.
Cold brewing delicate white tea, is the way to go.
Using the cold brewing method, the Pineapple Guava White Tea results in a very smooth, flavorful, and satisfying iced tea.
Very light flavor

I'm not too thrilled about this tea. It just doesn't taste like anything. The pineapple guava flavoring is soooo light.

This has taken some trial and error brewing to get it just right. It is a very unusual combination for my taste buds but I finally think it is an OK tea and maybe the more I drink of it the more I will like it.
Delicate and Delicious Flavor

I use this to make iced tea and it is delicious. The pineapple flavor comes through, but not overly so. Then we add about 2-3 tbsp of organic raw sugar per eight-cup pitcher, which gives it just enough sweet to set the pineapple taste off. Very refreshing on a hot day.
Perfect for summer, needs no sweetener

I personally love white teas, but find that without any kind of added fruit or flowers for flavor, they tend to be almost peppery in flavor. Not a bad thing, just different. I wondered how pineapple, which can be overly strong in some teas, would work with a white tea. I was so pleasantly surprised at how much I, and my family, even those who do not normally drink much tea, love this tea! The fruit flavors are strong enough to be present without being in any way overwhelming. And they add a nice delightfully light sweetness to the tea. It's perfect hot but really shines cold over ice. This is my family's new go to tea for summertime iced tea pitchers. Awesome blend, highly recommended!
Lovely, subtle & amazing flavor!

I wasn't sure if I liked this tea when I made my first cup hot. So after sitting for a bit, while I contemplated whether or not to finish drinking it, it got cold. That was delicious! I will definitely be drinking more of this tea; and the only reason I'll be giving it away is to share the great taste with others.
A Cup Of Sunshine!

I bought this tea on a whim from a Bob Marley song(the headline above). Now it is my favorite tea!! It has a subtle flavor that is unique cup after cup. I resisted getting the 250 bag mega size - but alas the body is week and the desire is strong. This white has a surprising caffeine kick
This tea owns my heart

I haven't seen this tea in a good year. the store that sold it closed down.
I can not wait to taste this light but expoding flavor in my mouth again.
I'm a sweet drinker I always had honey to my tea suggesting the wildflower honey as it's best and not to much the pinnapple is like a naturaly sweetener.
This tea is like perfection to me.
Love, love, love this tea!

I expected white tea to be too mild for me but was very surprised with this flavor. Great tea!
December 07, 2011
I adore this tea. It tastes almost like fruit juice, but needs no sweetener. I keep a spare to be sure I never ever run out.
October 28, 2011
I looooove this tea! Usually pineapple can have a bitter taste when used in teas, but not this one! The naturally light flavor of white tea makes the pineapple taste perfect. No need to add sugar or anything as I like it all by itself.
Smooth and light

Only seep the tea for one minute, no longer, and then add about 1/2 T of whole milk...Delicious! Once you are finished, seep again!
