| || My husband is Egyptian, so we drink quite a bit of the hibiscus brewed strong (7 minutes). We find it refreshing both hot and chilled. I’ve recently been put on high blood pressure medicine, and, while I can’t say the hibiscus has controlled my high blood pressure, it seems to work with my medication.
My favorite “concoction” is to put one hibiscus bag, one “Get Gorgeous” bag, and two packets of sweetener in a large glass. I steep the bags for 7 minutes in a pint of water (poured over after bringing to a boil), remove the bags, and put the glass in the refrigerator overnight. The next morning with a chilled, delicious drink with no caffeine, I’m in the car and off to work!
