| Stevia and Blackberry is Overpowering | May 08, 2013 | |
| I was expecting a more floral tea. Instead I got a mouthful of sugar-substitute stevia and blackberry leaf. I do not like it at all. |
| great tea!!!! | April 21, 2013 | |
| This is a great tea! In one month after taking 2 bags a day all my levels came down in a huge way. I recommend it to anyone with medical needs, it does work |
| Wow! | April 12, 2013 | |
| One of my all-time favorites -- this makes a fantastic, flavorful, and refreshing iced tea! My only initial hesitation was the stevia (it tends to be WAY too sweet and sorta weird), but I cannot detect it. Absolutely LOVE this tea! |
| April 11, 2013 | ||
| Tangy, I love the taste from hot to cold. No need to add any sweetners. One bag watch as the color goes from really lite to cranberry grape purple/red. |
| You made a tea drinker out of me! | February 04, 2013 | |
| Still love my coffee but you've made a tea drinker out of me! The Hibiscus is the best tea ever, it makes me feel so relaxed and totally satisfied by sweet tooth. |
| hibiscus is our friend | January 23, 2013 | |
| wonderful tasting tea though i wish the republic would make a pure one without any sweeteners in it. |
| We love Hibiscus | December 16, 2012 | |
| My husband is Egyptian, so we drink quite a bit of the hibiscus brewed strong (7 minutes). We find it refreshing both hot and chilled. I’ve recently been put on high blood pressure medicine, and, while I can’t say the hibiscus has controlled my high blood pressure, it seems to work with my medication. My favorite “concoction” is to put one hibiscus bag, one “Get Gorgeous” bag, and two packets of sweetener in a large glass. I steep the bags for 7 minutes in a pint of water (poured over after bringing to a boil), remove the bags, and put the glass in the refrigerator overnight. The next morning with a chilled, delicious drink with no caffeine, I’m in the car and off to work! |
| Love it! | December 11, 2012 | |
| I just love this tea! It helps quell the desire for a dessert: really nice, sweet, perfect! |
| EXTREME Fruit | December 05, 2012 | |
| This tea is extremely fruity and sweet. If your not into tons of fruit and sugar, stay away. This could be a dessert all on its own. |
| Lovely to look at. | December 05, 2012 | |
| This is a good present for my cousin. She enjoys the flavor and the benefits of the Hibiscus. |
| Healthy option | November 12, 2012 | |
| My husband and I started drinking this tasty tea, hot and cold, as a healthier option to caffeinated soft drinks. Drinking this tea in combination with other healthy eating habits has helped my husband keep his BP in control so that he has avoided medication. |
| yummy | November 07, 2012 | |
| No sugar or honey needed...wonderful refreshing taste! |
| Perfect~ | November 01, 2012 | |
| This tea is so smooth and so good. Needs barely any sweetener. Hubby hates tea but loves this one :) |
| Fruity and delicious | October 20, 2012 | |
| Fruity natural flavor without the bitter taste other hibiscus teas have when u steep longer like i do... Definitely will be a pantry staple from now on. |
| It Really Works! BP Normal Now | October 12, 2012 | |
| Always a skeptic here about claims for health benefits on many products. Started drinking this twice a day, sometimes three, usually iced with some stevia and squeeze in some lemon. Super tasty, refreshing and it lowers my BP. I'm guessing it works as some sort of natural diuretic. Great stuff. Go for it! |
| October 12, 2012 | ||
| Loved it! Would definitely buy more! |
| what I know for sure | October 04, 2012 | |

| Taste is unsurpassed, plus Hibiscus helps lower our BP |
| Hate Tea - Love Hibiscus Tea | August 23, 2012 | |
| I ordered RoT's Natural Hibiscus Tea after researching ways to naturally lower blood pressure. I was not looking forward to replacing my morning joe with a tea, ach! But I was shocked at how refreshing and tasty this tea really is. It's floral and sweet and not like any tea I've drank before - because it's a flower! What a find. As for value for the dollar, RoT's tin has 36 individual tea bags and for less than $10. After researching, I found most companies only send you 24 tea bags and more expensive. That makes RoT's product a bargain - and the quality is amazing. This is a great find. Oh, and my blood pressure is overall much lower and I find this tea is a de-stresser. Highly recommend this product. Next I'm ordering the Cube to sample infusions. |
| Summery | August 01, 2012 | |
| Love the color and flavor of this tea. I've only done it iced. I use a bit of honey to sweeten it just a bit and enjoy it sip by sip. |
| Lowered my bloodpressure dramatically!! | July 31, 2012 | |
| Neighbors recommended hibiscus tea to help lower blood pressure. Sceptically, I tried it. It worked in a dramatic fashion. I changed no part of my normal diet. I just drank two to three cups of iced hibiscus tea daily for around 5 - 7 weeks and was very pleasantly surprised when my bp came in much lower than normal. No bp pills. I love it!!! |
| Delicious! | July 30, 2012 | |
| I received this as a sample with one of my catalogs earlier this year. I was surprised at how wonderful it was just brewed without any sweetener. I love that it is sweetened with natural ingredients and with no caffeine it makes the perfect end to each day! Ordered a bulk refill bag so I can drink it daily. |
| Satisfied | July 26, 2012 | |
| Tried it because I have high blood pressure. It works to lover it down. I will keep ordering in the future. |
| Ruby red hibiscus tea is very tasty. | July 16, 2012 | |
| This tea has a fruity, floral taste with a hint of tartness. It is very refreshing hot or cold. I would recommend this to anyone. |
| Refreshing | July 05, 2012 | |
| Great tasting and refreshing. I try not to run out because I do miss the tea. I have cut down on my coffee and drink the hibiscus tea. |
| Smooth and Sweet | June 25, 2012 | |
| I have always tried to be a tea drinker but I just don't like tea... until now!!! This tea is wonderful and only needs a tiny bit of sugar. Myself, my husband and my 10 year old are all hooked on it. Just wonderful, you must try. AND it is suppose to lower blood pressure. |
| Great Tea | June 17, 2012 | |
| This is great. I use 3 bags in gallon of water and place in the sun for suntea. I sweeten it with Agave Nectar light. Great! Also I grow my own plants and make my own tea. But I love this so I'll keep buying it and sharing it with my friends. |
| Great Product | June 12, 2012 | |
| Hibiscus Tea is a soothing tea that is great for relaxation. It is both delicious and calming. |
| Regular Customer | June 07, 2012 | |
| I purchased this tea because I have high blood pressure. I am currently off meds now and I must say it really works! I told my doctor about it and she was SPEECHLESS! I drink 3 cups (measured cups) a day and it has been very effective for me. I like the taste alot, it does have stevia in it but its not a big deal, you can barely taste it. I will be purchasing in bulk because I have no plans getting back on meds......so glad I made this discovery |
| May 28, 2012 | ||
| I am trying to learn to enjoy tea (No sodium, no sugar). It was pretty good. |
| horrid - has stevia - yuck! | May 26, 2012 | |
| Overwhelming, sicking saccharine taste. |
| Great | May 25, 2012 | |
| Great tea hot or cold. |
| Bought on recommendation from friend | May 24, 2012 | |
| Bought this on the recommendation from a friend who said he had been drinking it to help reduce his blood pressure. I haven't been checking mine since starting to drink this tea a couple of weeks ago - but besides all of that - it is good. I like the mild taste and the raspberry color is pretty. |
| Yummy | May 20, 2012 | |
| This tea requires no sweetener. It's really a good herbal tea. Healthy too. |
| Not for my taste buds! | May 15, 2012 | |
| Very astringent. Not even a healthy dose of honey could smooth it out! And here I am stuck with an almost full can and a refill bag!! |
| A surprise...... | May 15, 2012 | |
| I recieved this as a sample with my catalogue. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed it. Tea is my new alternative to desserts. I am anxious to try the other varities, but the basic husbicus blend is just right. |
| Contains Stevia | May 12, 2012 | |
| didn't open - returned to store to exchange for another hibiscus tea without stevia - I was surprised to discover this tea contains stevia - I think it should say on the front label. I will be more careful about reading ingredients next time |
| HIBUSCUS TEA | May 07, 2012 | |
| THE TEA IS EXCELLENT. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS. I HAD TO RESCHEDULE FED EX TWICE DUE TO THE FACT THAT I DID NOT SEND AN EMAIL FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE SAYING MY ORDER HAD BEEN SHIPPED. |
| Enjoyable! | May 04, 2012 | |
| This is the best Hibiscus tea I've ever tried. Am planning on reordering in the future. |
| Love it | May 01, 2012 | |
| I would love to see a hibiscus sampler cube I love having a varity of the teas and I but alot of samplers great for gifts . I love the hibiscus tea great flavor ... |
| Did not like it | April 27, 2012 | |
| I did not like it ,cause I can taste the Stevia. That probably means there's more of it than hibiscus. According to the add I was under the impression there were no mixture. But in details , they say there is Stevia. My fault, will be much more careful next time . Just regret that did not buy the flower. |
| Lived up to my expectations | April 18, 2012 | |
| I was very happy with the taste of this tea. Slightly tart abd a rich blend of berry and citrus flavors. Really enjoyed it and am planning on trying it as iced tea next. Also, it was a fair price and the tea arrived much faster than I had anticipated. |
| Always a favorite! | April 17, 2012 | |
| Makes delicious iced tea. Tastes like the Jamaica you get at Mexican restaurants. |
| Yummy! Yummy! Yummy! | April 17, 2012 | |
| This tea is really delicious! I have it every afternoon. I've discovered that you can also blend it with the green and pomegranate tea for a very delicious and healthy brew! |
| I threw away all other teas | April 01, 2012 | |
| After going to teavana and getting sucked into buying $145 in two teas I was blown away. Then I saw this tea was great for lowering blodd pressure and had to get it. Not only does it taste better I have it cold or hot without sweetener and it rocks! |
| One of my favorites | March 30, 2012 | |
| Much stronger than the flavored hibiscus teas which tend to be weaker. I prefer to use one bag of each in a large mug. |
| Nas-tea | March 25, 2012 | |
| I guess I had no idea what I was getting myself into with this Hibiscus tea. The other ratings were so positive, I thought I would give it a try. I have many, many teas from The Republic of Tea and I love them, especially the green teas. But I thought this tasted terrible. It was slightly better over ice, but not by much. I didn't think the taste was fruity at all; more grassy than anything else. Very disappointed. |
| Best Tea Ever!! | March 24, 2012 | |
| When I was trying to find pure Hibiscus tea, The Republic of Tea was the only one who had it without mixing it with other teas. While I am sure that is also fine, I only wanted PURE Hibiscus. When I got it, it was simply AMAZING! Now, I don't want to be without it and everyone inthe family loves it. Big KUDOS!! |
| Great flavor | March 23, 2012 | |
| Drink it all the time |
| Remarkable tea | March 22, 2012 | |
| What a huge surprise to find that this tea was not only good tasting but it made me feel very relaxed and I believe it lowered my blood pressure as well. More doctors should be aware of this natural product for the sake of their patients. Well done. |
| Not my cup of tea | March 20, 2012 | |
| Overly astringent; too much pucker factor. |
| March 16, 2012 | ||
| LOVE THIS TEA. It tastes wonderful warm or cold. I like to have this tea on hand, it is a great everyday tea. |
| Just in Time! | March 11, 2012 | |
| My order arrived just in time: I had come down with a bad cold and sinus infection. With a little lemon honey added, this tea was a real comfort. Not to mention, it's delicious! |
| March 02, 2012 | ||
| So glad I found this tea. Tastes great hot or cold. Loved it so much, I just bought it in bulk, because the whole family loves it. |

| Relaxing and soothing Hibiscus | February 04, 2012 | |
| I traveled to Egypt a few years ago and bought some Egyptian Hibiscus Tea,it was very good. I am now running out. I found your site in which I ordered your hibiscus tea. It is just as good and so soothing. Thank you for being there!!! Ramona |
| Tasty tea that is good for you. | January 31, 2012 | |
| I bought this tea, because I read that Hibiscus tea lowers your blood pressure; I'm always looking for ways to be more healthy. It is a tasty tea, which is good with or without honey. I started with the small tin, but recently purchased the biggest bag, so I can be sure to have 1 or 2 cups everyday without constantly having to reorder. In the future, will try the hibiscus combo teas as well. |
| Beautiful tea | January 28, 2012 | |
| I love this tea. I have a cup every morning. I love the beautiful color, and the refreshing, slightly tart/slightly sweet taste. It also makes really nice iced tea. And a really nice bonus, Dr Oz says it's great for high blood pressure. What's not to like? |
| A wonderful way to get healthier | January 25, 2012 | |
| I wanted to help my son with lowering his blood pressure naturally and learned about using Hibiscus tea. We both enjoy the flavorful fruit taste and the effects are all I hoped for. |

| Awesome Tea | January 17, 2012 | |
| This is an awesome tea! |
| Delicious! | January 17, 2012 | |
| This tea is absolutely delicious! I like it hot or cold. In fact, I mostly drink it iced! It's sweet so you don't need to add any sweetner. If I want it a bit of sweeter, I add a small amount of stevia. I would highly recommend this and have given a couple of bags to a friend to try. I also love it so much that I ordered the bulk size to make it by the pitcher! Yum!!! |
| Fruity | January 14, 2012 | |
| Very fruity taste. Not very tangy which I wanted a more tangy taste. |
| Love this tea | January 11, 2012 | |
| I love this tea. Almost good enough that you do not need sugar. Love getting your catalogue and the tea samples you send along. Good to sample different tea brands. |
| LOVE IT | January 09, 2012 | |
| When we were in Nicaragua, we drank this awesome tea called Jimica. They told us it was Hibiscus tea and when we came home we searched all over for it. We found this at our health food store and sweeteend right, tastes exactly the SAME! My hubby is hooked, I just ordered the bulk bag and we are making quick work of it :) |
| Just what I was looking for | January 07, 2012 | |
| I had heard about hibiscus tea to lower blood pressure naturally on Dr. Oz. I found some in a specialty store but it was rather expensive and when I went back to get more they were out for weeks. I found your website and was very happy with my purchase. Very good berry type of flavor and I drink my 3 cups each day as suggested. |
| Good and Good For You | January 05, 2012 | |
| Finally was able to taste the hibiscus tea everyone is talking about - good for blood pressure so I was anxious to try it. The flavor does take a little getting used to but that did not stop me. Excited that it's good for you! |

| Great tea! | December 16, 2011 | |
| I heard about hibiscus on a television program. After searching the net The Republic was over the top the best tea site I found. Your green activities impressed me enough to order; then the tea arrived. I'm not fluent enough to remark about the hints of this or that, it's just really good tea. I had it hot at first then one day poured it over some crushed ice I had and have drank it that way every day since. I originally came to order for the health benefits, but was so impressed by your business and variety of tea that I will order again. My two young daughters are also eager to try some of the children's teas that were in your catalog. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. |
| Wonderful Hibiscus | December 13, 2011 | |
| Hibiscus is the only flavor that I have used so far. It has a wonder flavor and is great hot or iced. I drink it everyday because it is know to lower blood pressure and cholesterol. I now buy it in BULK from the Rpublic of Tea at a great savings. The color of the tea is so beautiful also. |

| This tea not only has health properties according to Dr.Oz, but is so very pleasing to the palate. I love its smoothness, flavor and scent. Each cup never disappoints, and helps to make my day. I have spread the word and several of my friends and family members now happily indulge. Kudos to Republic of Tea!! |
