| Perfect size kettle | February 15, 2013 | |
| I bought this kettle for my office. It's the perfect size and heats so quickly. |
| Great little electric kettle! | February 03, 2013 | |
| I purchased this kettle from another source, but it doesn't change how great it is! If you only need a few cups of water boiled for tea (or cups of soup) it's perfect! Just fill, set on the base, and press the button. It shuts off after boiling, so you can forget it and it's okay. It's super-quick (1-2 minutes at most for an 8 oz fill) and pours cleanly. The outside bottom does get a bit warm, but not burning hot so it shouldn't burn you or the surface you set it on. |
| Not the latest and greatest model | February 03, 2013 | |
| This is model 11318, while the latest model is 11451. The difference is that the later model has an ON/OFF switch while this one has only an ON and an auto off. The auto off doesn't activate until the boil is really rolling. I love the little kettle, though. It pours beautifully in a very thin to thick stream without spilling. It doesn't take up much space. You can see how much water is in it and how the boiling is coming along (yes, it will boil even while watched...if one is bored enough). Just be careful about making sure it is turned off. There are online instructions if need be. |

| Very handy for one or two cups of tea. Lightweight and easy to use. |
| Perfect little kettle! | September 03, 2012 | |
| A great little kettle for a few cups of tea. Boils quickly, and pours nicely. Minus 1 star for plastic smell (I assume this will fade with time) and the heat of the top/lid which can be dangerous if you have children around or using it. But overall, couldn't ask for more at this price! |
| Great little Pot | June 07, 2012 | |
| Great Little Pot - I like it, it is fast. I need to read the directions because its first two times, it did not shut off as I had expected. Will need to read those directions! No other problems... :-) |
| Perfect for small office! | April 18, 2012 | |
| Fabulous product! I can heat just enough water for tea and a small cup of instant oatmeal in the mornings. And it's so fast! I got this one as a trial. It's a winner! I'm buying the larger one for my tea-drinking family. |
| Perfect for travel | March 31, 2012 | |
| This worked perfectly on a recent vacation. The hotel room did not have a complimentary coffee maker. It is small enough for travel so I'll continue to take to hotels with coffee makers because they usually have a coffee undertaste. Love it! |
| Perfect! | March 27, 2012 | |
| This kettle is exactly what I needed for my desk at work. It is lightweight and rapidly boils enough water for two mugs of tea. |
| Perfect Little Kettle | March 22, 2012 | |
| I wanted a little electric kettle for our boat. This is fast, hot, perfect! |

| Heats water quickly; really like that the pot can be removed from the base. Compact size, too. |

| I like it cause its pretty | December 17, 2011 | |
| It is kinda odd. Im still not certain how it works. It boils. Then the light stays on for a bit. Then it goes off and you cannot restart it for a bit. It has to cool off first. Im keeping it. |
| Not What You Would Expect | December 05, 2011 | |
| From Bodum, I had hoped for more than just boiling water and shutting off. Based on the description, unfortunately I expected more, such as a water kettle that could heat and hold multiple temperatures. This only boils and shuts down. In addition, although I've been a Republic of Tea customer for over 8 years, I ended up paying half the price of the kettle to just return it. As a result, I did not feel so great about my order, which included 6 tins of full leaf tea. And I love the tea!! |
| Handy little tea kettle | October 25, 2011 | |
| I bought this for work to make a proper pot of tea. Our microwave cannot consistently provide boiling water. When testing it, I found that the maximum amount of water is precisely the amount to fill by teapot, a roly-poly Bodum with infuser I bought last year! |
