Steeping Instructions

Steeping green tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water just short of boiling. Then pour water over tea and steep for 1-3 minutes (if using a tea bag) or 2-4 miuntes (if using full-leaf tea.)

Monica Sweden , AL	Upon ordering this tea with sea buckthorn which is a naturally tangy berry, I was expecting a little more tanginess, however sea buckthorn aroma in this tea closely resembles vanilla, not a bad thing if one likes vanilla flavored teas. Otherwise great quality tea , aromatic, great tasting. Should be fantastic as an ice tea.

Katie Burlington, VT	I love how the sea buckthorn cuts the kind of green tea after-taste a plain green tea can have. Really just lovely flavor. Haven't had it since this past winter, so it has been a few months since I've had this tea in regular rotation. Basically, I would be devastated if it got discontinued!
