Green tea contains less than a quarter the amount of caffeine per cup than in a similar-sized cup of coffee. More about caffeine.
Steeping green tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water just short of boiling. Then pour water over tea and steep for 1-3 minutes (if using a tea bag) or 2-4 miuntes (if using full-leaf tea.)

Love the flavor of this tea....I have had some allergies to other teas with floral flavors but this one is great...Why are you discontinuing it....If it has not been a great seller it is because it is not on the shelves...The only way to get it is thru you...Most people don't even know that it exists...Please Help me find some..Thanks! |

It is the best tea and now I have to simulate the essence of it by making jasmine green tea and peony leaf tea and add a splash of pink grapefruit, but it is not the same. Please......bring it back. It was one of very few teas that I didn't have a scratchy throat with. It was my go to when a cold threaten. I would just drink a couple quarts and chase any problem away. Pink Lady is also very good. I loved it iced or cold and it was always very well received by friends. Please...... |
