Caffeine:

Green tea contains very low levels of caffeine, less than a quarter the amount of caffeine per cup than in a similar-sized cup of coffee. More about caffeine.

Steeping Instructions

Steeping green tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water just short of boiling. Then pour water over tea and steep for 1-3 minutes (if using a tea bag) or 2-4 miuntes (if using full-leaf tea.)

 		We buy lots of individual cans (50 bags) of white and green teas and turn them into iced tea. Variety is good, right? But this is the tea that we ALWAYS buy in bulk. It makes a fabulous iced tea. And, if you add some sugar, you'll swear that you're drinking a truly light, delicious lemonade. I've been ordering this for several years and have never been disappointed.

 		Remember how good a hot toddy can be on the chest cold. Well, not an alcohol user, I find that the green tea base, the lemon plus some real lemon if possible, and some honey creates a tea-lover's hot toddy that beats any other. Thanks!
