I made a shrimp stir-fry, added a little tea spice and it added excellent flavor that I never tasted in a stir fry. I recommend "stir-fry tea spice." |

Rounds out the flavors sought for in side dishes, vegetables and especially stir fries. Love to use mixture in certain soups concocted without recipes. |

We use this in everything in my house! I used it for the home made marinade for our Thanksgiving turkey and it was amazing! We also use it with stir-fry all the time and pretty much everything! We have rubbed it into steaks, pork and chicken. This stuff is amazing! |

This is an excellent addition to sauteed shrimp and marinades for chicken (I haven't tried it in a beef marinade yet). You also don't need to use a lot to get the flavors; a pinch or two seems to do the trick for a small stir fry. This spice mixture & the stir fry oil are complementary to each other. |
