My absolute favorite tea. Add a little honey and it's so comforting
Nicely flavored holiday tea
I drink this tea year round thanks to the bulk refills offered. It is one of my favorite blends. I have to agree with one of the above comments, it does have a rather strong bubble gum aroma, but I find the smell dissipates with brewing and doesn't overpower the tea. It has a strong black tea flavor with just enough of a fruit taste to be pleasing.
I found this tea several years ago at a specialty grocery and learned, to my dismay, that it was a seasonal product. I since discovered the Republic of Tea website and took advantage of the bulk refill bag. I love this tea year-round. I find it the perfect blend of black tea, fruit and spice. I sometimes add a little honey (especially if I'm battling a winter cold), but often enjoy it plain. A teapot full of this tea in front of the fireplace will make any cold, gloomy afternoon feel better.
This tea sounded so great based on the reviews and ingredient list. But I was so disappointed to brew my first cup and all I could taste was that artificial bubble gum taste. I can't place what ingredient is doing that!
This is a wonderful, warm tasting tea. Smells like a winter fruit. It tastes so good. The only thing I can say is that it is a wonderful blend of tea, fruit, and berries. Wonderful flavor. Great holiday tea.
