Tempest in a Teapot January 23, 2012

 		Very Disappointing. I had high hopes for this teapot. It looked like a perfect solution for loose tea in small quantities. i tried this teapot out the day it arrived. It was an utter disaster. While pouring out a cup of tea, approximately half the contents LEAKED onto the table top. This required considerable clean up and, even with that, damaged the finish. I wrote to Republic of Tea about the problem, but they never responded.
