Steeping Instructions

Steeping black tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil. Then pour water over tea and steep for 3-5 minutes if using a tea bag or full-leaf.

 		I personally like green or white tea better, but my teenagers drink this tea every morning to start off their day, they just love it! One drinks it with a little splash of vanilla soymilk, the other plain.

Satisifes enough to replace coffee March 12, 2012

 		I could not find a tea with enough hutzpuh to replace my morning coffee. This tea with a splash of cream gives me all the satisfaction but none of the jitters or upset tummy. I agree with all of the other 5 star ratings - this tea is clove-alicious. I appreciate the healthy carob in addition to the chocolate.

 		I have to agree with the other reviewers, this blend is not quite up to par. It doesn't get the chocolate or the chai right. And it has that great pretender -- carob. Ye gads! The chocolate is overpowered by the other flavors, and yet the blend is not peppery enough for chai. Given that The Republic is more than able to devise a great blend ... I say wait on this until they get it right!
