Steeping herbal tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil. Then pour 6 oz of water over the tea bag and steep for 5-7 minutes. Serve hot or let cool and pour over ice.

This shopper rated the product 4 out of 5 stars Delicious . . . if you like sweetness in your tea, as the stevia is built in. If you don't usually add a sweetener to your tea anyway, this one may not be for you. To me, this gave almost an apple cider vibe, with a nice vanilla to round things out. I'm not a huge hibiscus fan, in general, but it seems more like a background flavor than a dominant one.

The taste is 10/10, I feel calm after drinking it as it has no caffeine, which is something I highly appreciate. But something I appreciated even more was the delightful flavor profile. I was not expecting the flavor of the tea to be so nice, I didn’t even need to add honey because of its natural sweetness. 10/10 would recommend.
