Before I knew I could purchase this tea, I used to have to fly across the country to visit this little restaurant that served it. It was always the highlight of my trip. Now that we have it in my home, my husband and I bicker over the last cup.

Blackberry Sage was the second loose leaf tea I tried some 30 years ago. It tastes just as good as I remember it being. Nothing has changed. You won’t find anything similar, trust me I’ve tried. After all this time Blackberry Sage Black Tea loose leaf tea is my all time favorite. I will never run out of this tea and plan to reorder again and again!

Definitely my favorite. Great combination of flavors but not overwhelming.

A fan of this tea since the very beginning 25 years ago.

This was the very first Republic of Tea product I bought when it was first introduced - samples offered at The Whole Wheatery in Lancaster, CA in 1992. I have been purchasing Blackberry Sage ever since and I buy the bulk, 1 pound because I use so much. I not only drink it, both hot and iced, I use it in cooking with great success. Rice, particularly the more exotic varieties, such as "Forbidden rice" and "Mahogany rice" cooked in brewed Blackberry Sage tea, take on a flavor that is exceptional.

I love the flavor of this tea. I typically make it iced with a cream or almond tea... yum!
