Dear Esteemed Citizens of The Republic,
We are committed to caring for your safety and your enjoyment of every tea and herbal blend we make. May you always feel delight while sipping a steamy cup of our delicious, premium teas and herbs.
As the coronavirus continues to evolve, we are making decisions multiple times a day to protect our entire communi-TEA. We are following the guidelines set forth by the World Health Organization, the Food and Drug Administration, and the Centers for Disease Control. The coronavirus is causing all of us concern, but not about the safety of the premium teas and herbs we procure or about our supply.
The health and wellness of our Ministers (employees) is of the utmost importance. We are able to continue operations during this unprecedented time by blending, packaging, and shipping. We are taking extensive precautions to ensure the safety of our Ministers on-site, including stringent and frequent hygienic protocols, staggered shifts, and maintaining 6-feet of distance at all times.
We are ready and able to ship your selections from over 300 delicious teas and herbs available at The Republic of Tea, from our home to yours. At this time, we do not anticipate any disruptions in service, but we will update you if we encounter any temporary delays as we adjust. We welcome your emails anytime at helpdesk@republicoftea.com or your calls at (800) 298-4TEA (4832) to reach Citizen Services, Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm CST. International orders are currently suspended. We are optimistic that these orders will resume soon.
