My doctor recommended turmeric to help with my aches and pains. If I sip 2 cups a day, there's a noticeable improvement of the pains. No other turmeric tea works as well for me as Get Limber. A must-have in my tea closet.

Can't actually believe this worked

...holy... I have an autoimmune/autoinflammatory disorder that causes asymmetrical joint pain (on top of many other wonderful things), and the immunosuppressant steroids I've been tapering also cause joint pain. Everyday. Sporadically for a few minutes or hours at a time, it changes every day. Since drinking this? ONE CUP A DAY? NOTHING. NOTHING. I occasionally will get a slight twinge. I am absolutely gobsmacked. I didn't think that would ever be possible without pain medication (can't take several because of interactions with other medications...I ran through drinking this with my doctor and double checked ingredients first, always do that). I'm so stunned. And very, very happy. Honestly? Not my favorite taste for the tea, but I don't do add-ins except for honey and only very rarely for that. I just powered through every day for a few weeks til I really developed a taste for it. I don't want them to change a THING about this tea.

It tastes like medicine -but it seems to help with stiffness

Tasty, though not sure how effective it is.

Hard to judge whether or not this is helping my joints and limbs with post-exercise pain, but tastes good, and turmeric (even minus the pepperine, which activates it) is good for you, as is ginger.

Good tea

I bought this tea several years ago to drink after workouts. I don't drink it very often because I have a drawer filled with many other teas. Not sure if it does anything for inflammation and flexibility as I didn't notice any difference. The predominant flavors are the turmeric and ginger so I would recommend to anyone who likes those.
