Relieving Herbs - We can all use a little assist when it comes to pampering our joints. That's why we created Get Limber® herbal tea for inflammation and flexibility. The blend of herbs in this anti inflammatory tea helps reduce inflammation and allows joints, ligaments and muscles to stretch more fully.* In addition to the organic green rooibos, we've added anti-inflammatory* turmeric, cat's claw root and yucca extract, herbs traditionally used to relieve sore joints.* Ginger root also plays a starring role, helping reduce post-exercise inflammation.

Get Limber was featured in Vital Juice as one of the latest healthy trends to try.

Hard to judge whether or not this is helping my joints and limbs with post-exercise pain, but tastes good, and turmeric (even minus the pepperine, which activates it) is good for you, as is ginger.

Good tea

I bought this tea several years ago to drink after workouts. I don't drink it very often because I have a drawer filled with many other teas. Not sure if it does anything for inflammation and flexibility as I didn't notice any difference. The predominant flavors are the turmeric and ginger so I would recommend to anyone who likes those.

A cup of this after a workout or before bed can make joints feel good. I have arthritis and refuse to take medication due to the side effects so I use herbal remedies and this is one of my favorites

The taste is pretty good, I bought this tea to help reduce swelling and stiffness after knee surgery. Not sure if it really reduces swelling, only been drinking it for a week only time will tell.
