I first had passion fruit tea years ago when I was working in Paris and it took me a long time to find one that I liked as much in the USA! I buy the 50 bag refill packs because I already have the pretty tin that I can fill up again. The fruit flavor is not too sweet or perfumey at all, just a real boost of luscious fruitiness! I've also had the loose tea which is great too, but the tea bags are perfect for everyday use when I'm just brewing for one.

Add 10 bags to a gallon pitcher Steep in 4 cups of hot (not boiling) water for 4-5 minutes (depending on the strength you want) Remove tea bags and fill the rest of the pitcher with cold water Let cool the rest of the way in the fridge Pour over ice... so refreshing!

It is a bit light for a breakfast tea (I prefer heavier tea in the morning) but this is perfect to either mix with something else for morning (I like it with the blood orange cinnamon) or make alone for lunch. Hands down my favorite tea.

The fruitiness can go with summer as a nice iced tea. The warm fruity black tea can be experienced hot any time. I don't feel I need cream with it. It is really flavorable.

Would actually like it to be a bit stronger. However, it's finish (so to speak) is a bit like that of some fruits. It leaves the sort of texture on your palate you might notice after eating a mango.

The flavor is mainly passionfruit with papaya to compliment it, the passionfruit is enhanced when you add lemon juice/lemonade to this tea. I am buying a tin for my friend right after I post this.

I almost said, "no thank you" since I knew it was plain hot tea and I am a sugar and milk with my tea person. It is NOT the tea Panera uses, it is not even green tea. It is, however, just as delightful!!! It is a mild tea with its own fruity sweetness. The fruit tones are mild, but just enough to give the tea a lovely flavor. We make a pitcher and add 1/4c sugar, however, this tea is excellent even unsweetened! I am eager to buy another tin, as I feel that I go through withdrawal when I am at work!

If you love passionfruit and papaya, then this tea might be a hit with you because the flavors are very strong. If instead you are looking for a great tropical tea that is even better iced, then I recommend Mango Ceylon. That one tastes like what some restaurants serve as their tropical iced tea.

I personally like using sugar to sweeten it but I put sugar in all the tea I drink. You could definitely get away with using no sweetener at all if you prefer. I just bought the 250 cup bag to restock what I used up. I will definitely be buying this often. I always keep a pitcher in the fridge!! It tastes great hot too by the way.

I don't want to mention the name because this is truly my own taste bud talking but I did not like #2 at all. It was too spicy for me. I am very sensitive to spices (can't eat anything with pepper on it) so the flavor and taste of PFP is just perfect for me.
