I was very happy with the vanilla almond tea but I was told that I had to remove caffeine from my diet. I was thrilled to see that you have this tea in decaf! I am still using the caffeinated one as I just can't toss it out, but I am now mixing a decaf with a regular. I will be keeping this tea on my shelf as it is a favorite. I usually make 3-4 cups at a time.

My previous favorite was Almond Coconut Macaroon Tea, which is a red tea that's got a mild flavor and a light almond scent. This is the amped up version of that. Now that I've learned not to squeeze the tea bag before discarding, because that can bring out the bitter tannins of the black tea, I consistently get a great cup. It's sweet on it's own, but if you have a sweet tooth a little honey or sugar is good in it as well. I top mine with steamed frothed milk and cinnamon sugar. The vanilla notes give it a creamy texture and the almond flavor makes it taste like a wonderful dessert (without all the calories)! I always keep this tea on hand and have several friends who enjoy it too! Because it's decaf, I can drink it in the evening without any worries about it keeping me awake at night. One of my Republic of Tea favorites!

I searched for something to replace my morning tea and was thrilled to find this tasty alternative. I also buy herbals, etc. for other times of the day but this is the only one that gets me through the morning and it is delicious with just the right amount of vanilla. I buy the refill (2 at a time) which is very affordable.

Decaf is the only way that I drink black tea, so I can have this during the PM hours. Please make more flavoered decaf blak teas.
