I do steep it at the recommended temp for green tea (lower than boiling), and it isn’t bitter at all. It’s also not too tart. The blueberry doesn’t overwhelm the green tea, but it’s very nicely balanced. You definitely taste it. This is a tea I will likely reorder, even as someone who is only lukewarm on green tea in general. I wanted something loose-leaf, and I love blueberry, which is why I went ahead and tried it. No regrets!

Republic of Tea dropped the "Mankind Green Tea" which we loved and have been drinking for years. This loose tea has a strange grassy taste. We hope Republic brings back the Mankind Green Tea, bags, 250 to a bulk order.
