Blueberries are a magnet to adolescents who self-identify as depressed, which is most of them. When that was discontinued 4 or 5 months ago I changed to drinking only this one - 3 to 6 cups every day. I turned 77 yesterday & am in good health except for type 2 diabetes. Imagine my surprise at my regular check up two weeks ago when all my numbers have improved! Good cholesterol is up, bad is down, liver & urinary tract function improved, weight is down (I've been dieting for over a year & am down over 50 pounds), A1c is down so my doctor cut my diabetic medicine in half. The only difference is the change to green tea. It may not work for everyone but it has for me. The big plus is how great it tastes! Now I can buy it in bulk! I should have looked it up online before this.

There is no color in this tea except for what the green tea provides.

I find the blueberry in the aroma is more up front than in the taste. Like other green teas I have had from RoT, I find it perfectly balanced, not too overpowering or bitter like some green teas can be. I wound up trying the blueberry hibiscus and really liking that. If you are on the fence, and like me, cannot bear bitterness, trust me and go for Blueberry Hibiscus instead. Oddly enough, I also purchased the Acai Green tea as well, and that had none of the bitterness that this one had. I recommend those alternatives if you have any aversion to green teas, because they are sweeter (the hibiscus especially, which has stevia), milder, and fruitier. Green tea connoisseurs , full steam ahead on this Blueberry Green for you.

It's great because you can leave the bag in all day and continue to add boiling water and will still get pretty flavorful tea, but it also doesn't get bitter or icky tasting if you leave it in all day. I've been drinking this tea for years and I'm very disappointed. I don't care for apple flavoring and miss the blueberry.

As an avid coffee drinker, tea was never my go-to drink until I ordered this flavor one time from a cafe. As I was drinking my cup of tea I went onto the republic of tea website to order more! Its good hot and iced, and I change it up sometimes by adding lemon or honey, but most the time I drink it on its own! I really couldn't recommend this tea enough.

On the rare occasions when I brewed too long the astringent flavors of the green tea overpower the blueberry. I have sampled two other brands' blueberry green tea and keep coming back to the Republic blend.

I love Republic of Tea's Acai Green Tea, it's got great flavour and aroma, so I thought this tea would be just as good. To be frank, while it's not dreadful, it's not fantastic. There's barely any blueberry scent, and the flavour doesn't remind me of blueberries. It just taste of artificial something. While I don't intend to throw this tea away and plan to just finish it off so I don't waste my money, I wouldn't buy it again. If you're looking for a tea with a big blueberry flavour, this isn't the tea for it. Others seem to enjoy this tea, though, so perhaps I have a different concept of what blueberry flavour is.

When I drink tea, I do not use sugar/honey or milk/cream. I love the pure nourishment! This one tastes great and is one of my favorites. Another one to try is the caffeine-free Orange Ginger Mint. mmmm.... Excellent!

This blueberry flavored version takes the tea sipping experience to a new realm. Very berry flavor, with the health benefits of green tea. Drink all day, drink all night. Its great! I was at dinner with my son and brother when I was going to get a coke and decided that I would try tea instead, since I like blueberries I thought I would give it a try. No need for sugar, as this tea bears a slight, natural sweetness. Don't expect a very strong blueberry flavor, however; it is mild, but still quite like blueberries. A superb tea, and my personal favorite. 5 minutes per 12oz mug is recommended for optimum flavor.
