I’m currently sick, and this was a wonderful tea to soothe my stomach and to help clear my sinuses. The fact that it’s an herbal tea helped with getting extra fluids too. I love a good lemon ginger tea, so this with orange as the citrus element was a good change of flavor.
This is a fine addition to the Republic of Tea canon, but the anise is such a dominant flavor that it really should be in the name. Orange Anise Mint would probably be the most honest name for the blend.
I found this tea because it is Gluten Free Certified and I absolutely love that about it! The flavor of this one is my favorite so far!
Love this tea! And so does my tummy :)
I first fell in love with this tea when it was the flavor of the special Peter Rabbit tea. It has become one of my favorites!
I didn't know what to expect from this unique flavor combination, but I was pleasantly surprised! Nice taste.
My husband drinks this tea every day.
A go to night or day. It is soothing and fragrant with just the right blending of 3 flavors, orange peel, ginger and mint
The wondrous blend of flavors here is simply delightful. When my spirit hungers for calm and peace I reach for this tea and it does not disappoint. Highly recommended!
Made this drink with a splash of lemon and some honey and it was so delicious and refreshing!! I'm making this tea on repeat!
Favorite tea by far, I love that it is caffeine free, so I can enjoy anytime of the day. Very subtle orange and ginger overtones.
Refreshing!! Love the bit of mint.
I love this after dinner tea! It feels like a treat and as a bonus, the mint can soothe my stomach.
I use daily after evening meal. I love it!
I purchased a can of this tea a few months ago and liked it so much that I just got the 250 tea bags! It really settles my stomach after a meal.
This tea is wonderful on a cold day! Great balance of flavors!
I like this tea but the ginger really hits you so I find adding some honey makes it easier to drink
I love my tea. Service is great
The mint, and orange flavors in this tea are very mild. That being said, the tea is extremely well balanced. Everything comes through nicely- the orange, herbs, and ginger, but nothing stands out. IMO, this is a good thing! I love this tea!
OGM is my favorite tea, soothing and light. It helps me stop snacking in the evening. I prefer the full-leaf, but the envelope of tea-bags works great for travel.
This is my very favorite herbal blend that I've tried (so far!) with these folks. The blend of orange, mint and ginger stands up on its own, but when you add honey, it's out of this world! My entire family loves this tea.
Relaxing post dinner tea. Not the most ginger forward tea, but tasty nonetheless.
I love drinking this after dinner. I mix it with the Peppermint tea and the combo helps relieve any bloating I feel coming on.
I love this tea. I have been drinking it every night for the past 20 plus years. It settles my stomach and helps me sleep.
Republic of Tea's Orange Ginger Mint tea is delicious! Definite hints of all the named ingredients plus a hint of sweetness at the end. It is recommended after meals, but I like it at any time and love that I don't have to worry about caffeine content since it's an herbal tea. Highly recommend!
Very smooth and relaxing flavor.
As a fan of anise, I immediately loved the flavor of this tea. However, if you are hoping for a bright orange and gingery flavor profile, this may disappoint. The anise definitely overwhelms the other ingredients, making it warm and spicy. It is soothing to the stomach and perfect to drink after meals or at night. I would highly recommend but I would not say its flavor matches its name.
This is such a lovely blend if you feel like you’ve over eaten and need help to digest. The blend of mint and orange has a slightly sweet flavor without adding anything extra. Definitely a big hit in our house.
This is a wonderful after-meal tea! It's really a wonderful blend for an herbal tea!
Best tea I ever had ,very balanced.
I just bought this at the end of October after signing up for the Auto Ship service. This is my all time favorite tea and it came super quickly! The price with Auto Ship is fantastic!
We received a small can of this for Christmas 2024. We loved it and it quickly disappeared. Now we order the largest size container of tea bags available.
This is my all-time favorite herbal tea. I love it with honey when I have a cold, but, on it's own, it's delicious.
We drink this tea nightly as part of our bedtime routine. We do not go to sleep without it. It is minty, gingery, and a bit spicy, warming you up from the inside. Also great for colds and as an after-dinner digestive. So comforting! I buy 250 bags at a time.
This is my all time favorite
Just the best blend for digestion and end of meal! So wonderful.
This is the first time I am purchasing this one it is nice and a little spicy
This is a long-standing favorite in our home. We appreciate the gentle bite of ginger, the tea's tummy soothing capabilities, and its natural hint of sweetness. It's nice to be able to buy a bulk package, since we make both cold and hot brews with this.
My family never lets this go out of stock. Perfect when you have an upset stomach!
I can taste the orange, ginger, anise, and mint in this tea. However, I love bergamot but I think that and the anise but I think it's a little strong on this one and overpowers the other flavors a bit. I realize other people may like that so this is just my opinion.
I love drinking this tea after a meal. It helps to settle a stomach when needed.
Love this blend. Great non caf option for after dinner.
This has become a part of my evening relax ritual, replacing all other herbal teas - I've been drinking this tea every night for close to a year now. Hits all the right notes without being overpowering. It's plenty sweet - no need for honey. My 10 year old loves it too, but he adds honey. I love that it's available in a bulk refill and that the packing material is the leftover tea bag material.
My sister-in-law bought the orange ginger mint for me after my brain surgery 17 years ago. It was so calming and just what I needed! I've been drinking it ever since. Please don't ever discontinue it! Ordering and delivery is great, too.
So good I bought it in bulk
This tea is our staple at home. Organic to boot, so no pesticides. If I had just one tea to drink the rest of my life , “OGM” would be it.
I love this tea! I drink it almost every night before bed. It has such a nice gingery flavor! I like to drink it after a big meal or if my tummy is a little upset. I also like to drink it just because! I leave the teabag in the whole time i drink it for extra flavor.
Love this decaf green & happy to see it can be purchased as a refill for my tin. I rotate my morning teas between this, decaf green and the decaf orange peach green. I get the benefits of the green tea, great flavor and no side effects of caffeine. Highly recommend!
Excellent blend
I tried this at Panera last year and enjoyed it in my ice tea
I bought this tea because it had a few flavors that I really enjoy such as orange, ginger & mint. I thought that the orange flavor was over powered by the mint & it was difficult to taste it. I will continue to drink after dinner or if my stomach needs some soothing but, I wouldn't call it a personal favorite of mine.
Still waiting for it to arrive. It does seem to take longer than other companies.
I have bought this several times and enjoy it very much iced.
This has become my go-to, always stocked tea. The refills help facilitate this! This is a great afternoon tea.
Excellent anytime but especially after meals and in the evening when you don't want extra caffeine. The price is reasonable for the amount of tea you receive. This has been a go to for many years in my household. Highly recommended.
We were introduced to this tea several years ago at a Seattle area Thai restaurant. Long story short, we found your website, ordered the tea, and the rest is delicious herbal tea history! My favorite daytime refresh!
Very tasty combination with the mint added. Another flavorful addition to my ROT family, thank you Minister!
I have drank Orange Ginger Mint for decades, it seems. It is the perfect evening tea to settle in after a meal or before bedtime but also great all day. The orange has a lifting taste and the ginger and mint settles the stomach and tension. I highly recommend it.
Super underrated, I love the flavor, and the one complaint I do have is that there are only 36 and not 50.
I love this tea and drink it daily as well as nightly. I just can't say how much I enjoy this tea. I love everything about it: It is strong enough, yet not too strong. Each flavor is really well balanced and you can really taste the orange, mint and the zesty ginger. My favorite flavors for tea are orange and mint, and if you enjoy these as well, you can't go wrong. Very refreshing in the morning and perfectly relaxing at night.
R of T’s mighty melange of mint, citrus and ginger proffers an aromatic air of promise that is intoxicating and enticing whilst favorably foreshadowing a bold-yet beautifully balanced-beverage experience! This sweet ‘n spicy sipper packs a particularly powerful punch of flavor that soothes body and soul! As an apropos after-meal chaser, it satisfies and delights albeit any time a relaxing and calming moment is desired, this is definitely your cup of tea!
Ginger, mint, orange… I am in heaven with this flavor combination! And the smell is heavenly. But best of all, while other tea brands are bland the Republic of Tea brand packs a powerhouse of flavor — even after a second pour over of hot water.
This is my go-to daily tea (after my morning coffee, of course). Tried it at a friend's house, and am so grateful.
I've been drinking this tea for many years! It's great as an after-dinner tea and as a tea to soothe an upset stomach. It has a relaxing herbal flavor that provides a bit more interest than a simple mint or ginger digestive tea.
This is refreshing
This tea would appeal to someone who likes enjoys ginger. The spicy pop of ginger is the predominant taste, followed by the mint, and then a very subtle citrus undertone. Not my personal favorite but the nice balance of flavors is appreciated.
Abosolute gem of a tea! This is one of my go to after meal teas. The ginger is a great digestive and is tasty too! Do not pass this one up!
R of T has done it again with their spicy orange wonder-mint! Boasting beaucoup beneficial botanicals, this taste-tempting tisane features a delightful array of delicious and healthful elements to soothe and satisfy with each sublime sip!Incorporating citrus, mint and ginger in its flavor profile provides a deeply-relaxing tea experience accompanied by an intoxicating fragrance that only serves to heighten its exquisite enchantment!!!
Incomparably delicious! I will be re-ordering this one!
Recently tasted this tea at one of my favorite kitchen stores in Lees Summit, MO. This tea is mint forward. This is a bright tea, would work great all year long.
I love that the ingredients are streamlined and simple yet flavorful. It truly is an after meal in that the digestive benefits are almost immediate. It's smooth and warming, with a hint of sweetness. I will always have this tea in my cabinet.
I find this tea works well for me to soothe my stomach and I feel better overall. It tastes good, (I take most of my teas with sugar and honey) and it is refreshing.
Was skeptical about this tea because I'm not a bergamot fan, but I'm glad I tried it. It's not orange, but orange bergamot mint with ginger and a few other flavors, which blend together to make a spicy, slightly sweet, smooth sip that I relish. I also found it soothing for an upset stomach. Great tea!
Ordered this month. This tea is a winner. Very flavorful and the scent is amazing. We are enjoying so much we already ordered another batch. I highly recommend.
Good tea, if you like mint. I was expecting the flavor strength to be the order on the package - orange then ginger then mint. To my palate, the flavor strength was reversed. I really wanted orange with only a hint of ginger and mint. Don't know that I can get through a whole tin of this flavor. There are many other Republic of Tea flavors I enjoy.
This is a delicious tea. I added a bit of fresh squeezed lemon into my tea and holy moly - what a treat. Perfect for a lazy afternoon . Will definitely be buying this tea again
Just OK. The mint takes away from the orange ginger taste.
Did not like
This is my new favorite tea!
Family favorite. They must try if you haven’t.
Excellent tea. Also good for an upset tummy!! One of my favorites!
I just brewed my first cup of this tea and it is a delicious afternoon cup. Well balanced flavors, no one flavor overpowers the other with a little zing from the ginger and a sweet finish.
Fabulous! There is a property with this tea, especially, that is different from other teas. Think about when you touch something with a square edge versus touching something with a smooth beveled edge. The smooth, bevel feels much better to the touch. This tea is the same. It creates a nice smooth feeling on the palate and throat before going into the esophagus; versus other teas that don't have a transition from lip to throat to esophagus (just feels like lip to esophagus). Love that smooth feeling in palate and throat.
I got to try this at a Panera!!! I have almost bought this, wanted to try it first & got lucky. Tastes great with a little honey added :)
I really like the balance of flavors in this tea, it's refreshing and is a good 'wake me up' tea!
I reach for this not only when I want a really nice herbal tea, but when I'm not feeling well. The anise hyssop is perfect for an upset stomach along with the ginger and mint. The flavor reminds me of St. Claire's Organic Tummy Soothers which I loved as a kid.
I have Celiac disease and am thankful for ROT having certified GF, which is all I can have anymore. Sometimes, my stomach is just awful. However, I purchased this in a sampler set. I drank it during a recent stomach upset, and it calmed my stomach down. Very grateful. I do not think it has much flavor personally, but the ginger and mint are healing.
I have many ginger teas. This one is a pleasantly different. Not to sweet.
My absolute favorite tea, the only one I always buy. I love the taste; I don't use any sweetners (I don't like sweet teas); and it soothes me after dinner. I used to drive 25 minutes to buy a tin, so now I buy it in bulk.
I like all these flavors separately in other teas, but not a fan of them together
This tea drinks sweet -- almost like it has sugar in it, so if you are like me and do not like sugar in your tea, this is not for you
I tried this in a single serve size with my last order and I really like it. It's a very nice blend of orange and mint, good hot or iced!
I have loved this tea for almost 20years now. Best remedy anytime I feel a cold coming on. Also great after dinner, and it's caffeine free!
This tea gives life! At times it’s a step away from being an orange chai! I love this chilled. The ginger really makes it a great compliment with a meal.
I received this tea a few years ago in a Sipsby box, and it quickly became one of my favorites. It's got the perfect balance of sweetness and spice, with the soothing effect of mint. I've found that it really helps to settle my stomach after a meal, and is really relaxing to drink before bed. It goes really well with a little bit of honey too!
If you fell in love with RoT's discontinued Peter Rabbit Tea, get Orange Ginger Mint!
I am most likely to drink this tea in the evening, though I enjoy it any time of day. It is delicious! It has enough sweetness to curb dessert cravings (without being sugary or stevia-y) and helps my tummy settle. I think the ginger is quite light in it, but I might be comparing it to a straight cup of ginger tea. I haven't put it on autoship because not having it around sometimes helps me have variety in my tea drinking. haha!
This is a perfect tea. Orange, ginger, and mint blend together perfectly!!! Must try
This is a great fruit flavor, again. The flavor of orange is so pleasant.
I recently bought this tea and am amazed at how great it was when I was sick. The orange ginger mint soothed my sore throat and made my tummy feel better. I prefer it hot but did try it iced and it was really good.
I was surprised, I don't usually like herbal tea but this one is really good.
If that's what you're looking for, this tea is minty sweet. I actually would rather it was less so. I make cold steeped tea every night for the next day. This tea was so overly sweet that instead of pouring it out and using something else, I decided to use the half pitcher as the basis for adding more water and British Breakfast tea, which has mellowed it more to my expectations. I will use this tea as part of my own blending experiments for my pitchers of summer iced tea. The minty tang is desirable.
Nice trio of orange, ginger & mint. It is very soothing & satisfying. I will buy again.
All of my clients request this tea when they come in to visit! I use it on a regular basis. It smells wonderful it tastes fantastic and has no caffeine! Love love, love.
This is one of my favorites to sip in the evening before bed. The mint flavor is very light, not overpowering and it's caffeine free.
I have purchased this and loved it for decades it seems. I really like the decaf herbal to drink in the evening or when I have an upset tummy. Buy the tin then refill bulk bags for a savings.
No caffeine, so I can drink it any time of the day. Tastes wonderfully like Ginger and Mint. My husband was skeptical at first, but now likes it as much as I do.
So complex and rich. Really brings out the depth of the ginger!
This is great for after meals or middle of the day or when you like a little herbal remedy when you are sick. The mix of orange, mint and ginger is a perfect match
I became addicted to this tea when I worked at a coffee shop where we loaded teabags from bulk stock. For myself, I brew it very strong, making sure to stir up the dry tea before bagging. I leave the tea in a hydroflask for several hours to ensure a good ginger bite. I brew it in the morning, leaving the bag in the sealed container all day and it's still hot in the evening. It's the perfect end-of-day balm. I go through a liter or two a day. One remarkable note about this tea is its natural sweetness. I avoid sugar in my diet. I had to double check that there was no sugar added to this tea when I first started drinking it. There isn't. It's perfect.
I first "met" this tea at Panera Bread - it is the only non-caffeinated tea they carry. I instantly fell in love and have been using this for years now. It's a staple in my tea pantry!! I like it all the time, but it's an automatic go-to if my stomach is slightly upset - ginger and mint combo can't be beat!
This tea has an interesting flavor. I can't put my finger on it. I liked it though.
Got a sample of this. It's fine but not my personal favorite. I hoped it would be more strong in the orange flavor department, but for me the anise overpowered the other flavors.
I love this tea. It is perfect for after dinner, soothing and delicious. I've also prepared it iced. Wonderful blend of flavors!
I love this tea after dinner. It is relaxing and aides digestion. Has a slightly sweet flavor without adding any sugar or honey, so drink it straight. I always keep a refill packet in pantry.
Orange Ginger Mint herbal tea was the first flavor I purchased of The Republic of Tea options. I really like having this tea after supper. It's just a wonderful mixture of flavors.
This tea is light and refreshing. I enjoy it after meals. The ginger helps with stomach calming and the mint adds refreshment. The orange flavor is in the background. This is one I like to always have on hand.
I really like this as a calming, balancing tea to start my day. I don't get much orange from it, just herbs and ginger. I also think there may be some stevia hiding in there even though it isn't listed in the ingredients. Overall I like this tea a lot!
The name is Orange Ginger Mint, but the main flavor is licorice because it has anise hyssop *and* anise seeds. Yes, I taste some mint, but no orange. Just licorice/fennel/anise. Wish Panera had a different tRoT herbal tea that does not have anise or licorice.
I first came access this tea years ago at Panera. I kept going back for more and found Republic of Tea sold this marvelous tea online! This is hands down my favorite tea. Right next to the golden pumpkin tea. Whenever, I am feeling ill this tea helps me feel better whatever the ailment may be. Sore throat, tummy ache, migraine, fever, flu-just always makes me feel better. Please Republic of Tea always keep this one on hand! Biggest fan of your teas but this one is the best! Highly recommended trying at least once.
Great after dinner tea. Flavors blend well together.
The orange adds the sweetness and the mint comes through perfectly. It's a great caffeine free blend so you can drink it anytime.
I'm not sure which ingredient it is, since there are no stevia leaves in the list (maybe the blackberry leaves?), but there's an overpowering artificial sweetener taste in this tea. I love the flavor besides that—it's a beautiful, complex blend of warming spices, perfect for after dinner. However, I have to give it a 2/5 just because that artificial sweetness flavor is just so overwhelming.
Perfect balance of three would-be strong flavors. Not just for after meal... Love it.
Republic of tea should make more teas like this, that are just herbs or black teas with no natural flavors.
My husband and I have increasingly become more sensitive to caffeine. Even many decaf teas/coffees, if drunk in the evening, can keep us awake at night. It's hard to know which are okay to drink as very few note on the label how much residual caffeine is in their decaffeinated beverages. Wishing you could note just how caffeine-free some of your decaf black teas are. Otherwise we feel we can no longer order them.
I feel like this tea has an acquired taste, and not for the mild. I like this tea in the evenings when I've had a heavy dinner or have an upset stomach. It's definitely strong on the herbal side, but also calming. I like to sweeten it with a little honey
If they ever stop making this tea I will cry. It's perfect for rainy days, sick days, and after dinner. Shipping was fast too!
I keep this tea on hand always.
I have this every day, sometimes twice a day! I just Rosh it cost less.
This tea combines summer and winter aromas into a fabulous tea. Oh, and it tastes great too.
Love the fresh taste of this tea and the mild flavor of the herbs.
It has a wonderfully spicy scent when brewed, and the flavors hit you in waves. The warmth of the ginger starts fast and sticks around, ameliorated a bit by the spicy coolness of the mint. The orange is subtle and peeks through here and there but the natural sweetness of the bergamot mint twists it all together into a strong rope of smell and taste that you'll never want to escape from. A remarkably pleasant after meal tea, the ginger and mint are good as a dessert, and it has a...mouth feel? Almost like you've eaten something. Nice to keep on hand for sick days as well, as the ginger/mint combo is soothing on a sore throat and sovereign for stomach complaints. Not going to lie, this has long been a favorite, and my top regret is the only store that carried it locally is closed.
I have been ordering the Orange Ginger Mint Tea for many years now. It is very soothing & calms the tummy. My friend became ill with COVID. I wanted to give her something to calm her couching, sooth her tummy & warm her up. It sure did the trick. She even asked me where she could get more. Thank you Rebublc of Teas, you now have another happy customer !!!
My favorite go to tea anytime of day. Always in my caby
love the flavor
This has a nice flavor. I wish it had a bit more ginger flavor to it. Then again if it did, it would be ginger tea!
I enjoy this tea on its own, but also after a heavy meal. It offers relief and a refresh. Guest love it in the evenings too
This tea is great! It's very soothing for a nighttime refresher.
I tried this tea in a restaurant and fell in love! Wonderful flavor combination and the added tummy health benefits of ginger and mint. I came home and immediately ordered these tea bags for myself.
Nice flavor combination. I am a big mint fan and love orange. The flavors were great together. Would definitely recommend.
I tried a substitute lemon/ginger option from a local store and it just wouldn't do. This tea is comforting with just a hint of sweetness. I never need to add anything to it. It's my go-to almost any time I don't want caffeine.
I often choose this to drink after dinner. Good hot or cold.
It's a great evening tea. I drink this when I don't want to snack.
Up set that so many of my favorite teas are out of stock. Been waiting several months for email from you when I can reorder.
I never would have thought that orange or lemon and mint would go together so deliciously! The orange is so refreshing, the ginger adds a feeling of comfort and the hint of mint gives you a perfect zing. One of my top 5 favorites!
This tea is timeless! Always found in my home! Guest fave!
This tea is very nice hot, with a little lemon, but is better yet iced. Great afternoon pick-me-up, especially when you are hot and sweaty from yard work! I must have over 50 Republic of Teas (tease?ðŸ˜); this is one of my faves. BTW, try making lemon water then freezing it in an ice cube tray for use in your ice tea. Works equally well with mint water.
The orange ginger mint is the perfect pick me up, especially after lunch. I have recommended this tea to both family and friends.
The Orange Ginger Mint is my favorite Republic of Tea variety. The ginger is soothing for my tummy and the "orange mint" portion is subtle, earthy, lovely. A distinctive and calming brew. I love love love that Republic of Tea does refills in sustainable packaging - I would never keep buying tins so this is fantastic!
Been starting our morning with this tea for over 15 years and still not tired of it.
I have been drinking this particular tea Orange Ginger Mint on a regular basis go a number of years. It appears that each sachet has a bit less tea than others which I've purchased . And I'm only using 6 oz of water , sometimes 7 oz.
As other reviewers mentioned based on the title I would expect the tea to have distinct ginger orange and mint flavors. But instead they blend together to make something very unique. You almost don't get the mint in the first few sips as it is so subtle it builds as you drink the cup.
Orange Ginger Mint is by far my favorite evening tea. The ginger is subtle and in combination with the orange and mint creates a natural sweetness. Love it!
This tea is so refreshing and the orange, ginger, and mint flavors blend together to create the uplifting taste. Since we need to stick with no caffein, it is the perfect choice. Good hot but also makes a nice iced tea.
Hot: The anise is the most evident flavor, followed by spice from the ginger. Good winter digestive tea. Less spicy cold.
This tea has everything one could possibly desire in a tea for over eating or upset stomach. But that's not all, it is also a wonderful for its palate cleansing zippy taste in your mouth. I especially like it when I want a little pick me up in the afternoon.
There's a lot going on with the orange, ginger and mint flavors. I'm drinking it, and it's OK, but I likely won't buy it again. Next time I'll try a simpler blend.
This herbal infusion has so much minty orange flavor that it tastes like an after dinner digestive. And I don't have to worry about caffeine with the red tea base.
I have stomach issues and this tea help me use less medication.
This is a great herbal on its own but I also love to mix it with a decaf earl grey as an evening tea or even with the apple cider tea. Will be repurchasing this one :)
I thought that the three flavors in the title- orange, ginger, mint- would be more separate and distinct. Instead the flavor is more of a blend of all three and something entirely its own. Still, it is tasty, and makes for a nice digestive drink after a meal or with a snack.
This tea is so comforting after eating a big meal, or just enjoyable anytime.
This is my favorite all-time tea. First encountered at Panera, it is delicious hot or cold. I give it to all my special friends.
Just the right blend I was looking for!!!
I love this tea! I enjoy trying lots of flavours but I keep coming back to this one - I have 4 or 5 tall mugs per day. I know it is still my favourite because I start to get worried when supplies are running low :-). I am a ginger lover - for me the ginger and the mint & anise is a perfect blend (ps I always forget that there is "orange" in the name as I don't think I notice the orange flavour - just seems like a delicate citrus hint to my palate)
I get other kinds of tea, but then it sits on my shelf because I love this tea, I drink several cups a day- every day easily.
I've loved most of the teas I've gotten from Republic of Tea -- but just didn't like the taste of this one.
Loved the flavor. Will buy again.
Great combination of flavors!
The Orange Ginger Mint tea is great for relaxing without the caffeine. My family also likes it for soothing minor stomach upsets.
A staple in our house.
I'm not a huge fan of ginger, although I like it in small amounts. I was hoping the mint would be the dominant flavor here or that they'd be more balanced, but ginger is truly dominant. As such, this is perfect for any ginger lover!
This tea is perfect for an after dinner tea. It ckeanses your palate and is wonderful for digestion.
As the subtitle on the tea suggests this is a perfect after dinner tea with the mint and ginger combination. None of the flavors (orange, ginger, mint) are overpowering and they complement each other.
This is a pretty tasty spice tea. Makes for a lovely 4pm cup on cold days.
A great option anytime of day without worrying about caffeine. Settling for the stomach and an interesting flavor that keeps you sipping!
This is one of my favorite teas ever. A great after dinner/meal tea. Ginger and Mint are not overwhelming but suitable to the palate.
This is my favorite Republic of Tea product, and has been for about 20 years. Refreshing, minty, with just a hint of sweetness. The perfect after-dinner tea.
I'd give this tea a 6 kettle rating if it existed. It is such a wonderful flavor combination. The orange and mint are the most noticeable but do not dominate the other flavors, which make it well balanced and an overall extremely enjoyable experience.
This tea was my introduction to Republic of Tea (via Panera Bread). I love the unusual flavor pairing. I usually drink this after dinner when I want something warm but don't want the caffeine, or when I take a hiatus from coffee.
I knew this tea was great as soon as I opened the tin! The aroma was very pleasing and the taste is very relaxing. The orange bergamot mint comes through strongly and the ginger comes through at the end with just a little "bite" - not overbearing- just right! This is my go-to after dinner tea!
I koved and was used to the bright and bold taste of biodynamic ginger tea. When the cost went up, I needed to find an affordable alternative. In orange ginger mint tea I still get the ginger kick, but it's softened and sweetened by orange and mint. The end result is a pleasing and harmonious tea.
We absolutely love this tea! It's a perfect evening cup. Refreshing and belly calming, and amazing scent.
I was introduced to Orange Ginger Mint at a lovely Thai eatery in Seattle. (They also offered several other Republic of Tea selections.)The wait person recommended it as a finishing touch to a delicious lunch, and she was right! With its refreshing citrus, subtle ginger, and hint of mint, it is an ideal finish to any meal, not just Thai! Once I knew the company name, the rest is history! A loyal Citizen thereafter!
I love this tea iced. It is nicely balanced and flavorful, The aromas & flavors soothed & refreshed our friends on the hot summer days of 3022.
Love this tea after eating anything that would make me feel too full or bloated. I also just crave to sip on this tea before bed now and then. It is very tasty and soothing.
Lovely tea with perfect balance of orange citrus and peppermint. I love it best with honey, but it doesn't need any sweetener. This tea was my first discovery of the Republic of Teas and I tried it because it was too late in the day for caffeine - what a happy accident! Within the week, I bought my first tin and it is my "go-to" tea on most days - try it iced too. Highly recommend!
This tea tastes like the teas designed to alleviate constipation. Plus, something in it seriously upset my stomach. I suspect the orange bergamot may be the culprit.
I never would've thought to put mint with orange and ginger, but it was okay on its own. As someone who often likes to put together different tea combos, I paired this one with Hibiscus Coconut and this combo is now my favorite evening tea.
The tea's flavors are perfect after a meal. The ginger and mint soothes the digestive system while the orange scent from the tea refreshes the mind.
I loved the flavors and it definitely helped my tummy feel settled.
I drink this tea after dinner every night. Helps with digestion, for sure, but the real draw is that it is fantastically delicious. The flavors complement each other nicely.
Has a great taste and I find it helps with digestion as an added bonus!
My favorite after dinner beverage, love it!
This tea brightens my night, each and every day (night). It is a staple for me. It quiets stress, leads to a great evening, and tastes delicious. The blend of orange, ginger, mint is not easily identifiable, no one flavor stands out. It's just the best.
This tea is delicious all on its own. However, I find it especially refreshing after a meal as it aids with my digestion (no heartburn!). I also drink it at other times during the day/evening because it just tastes so darn good! Lovely aroma, too! I love it so much I buy it in 250 bulk so I always have it on hand.
Wonderful flavor!
This is the best tea, flavorwise and in how it behaves in my body. When my stomach feels a little off, or I'm feeling a little uncomfortably full, this tea manages to turn that around. It's the best.
simply delightful orangy-minty-tea! Great blend of herbs made for each other!
Love this tea, have been drinking it for 20 years. It tastes delicious and helps virtually any stomach ailment. It is amazing! I give samples to all my friends. One thing - I wish it was also available in an organic version - would even pay extra for it.

I thought the mint flavor was too overpowering for the other flavors. So if you love mint tea, this is the tea for you!! Note to self... try a new tea by buying the sample first, no matter how yummy it sounds!
While those qualities are wonderful, the real deal is it helps greatly with digestive issues especially when you add a little ginger to it!
This tea actually caused me to hum with pleasure the first time I tried it. I adore ginger, but sometimes find it overpowers other flavors, and I'm not usually mad about orange tea. Somehow the combination brings out the best in each flavor, and the mint is just icing on top of a lovely sweet cake of a tea.
This tea has a very rich and strong flavor, in the mornings I go for Constant Comment but for afternoon tea there is only Republic of Tea's British Breakfast Tea, jolly what!
Excellent customer service
I have been drinking this tea for several years and just love both as a hot and as an iced tea. I usually drink it stronger as a hot tea and milder as an iced tea. It's a perfect blend of peach and ginger.
Like to have a selection of herbal tea for the evening hours. This has a nice flavor
This tea smells wonderful to me. It is so potent, however, that I had to inhale the scent several inches from my nose or it stung. When I drank it, it wasn't very pleasant and left an aftertaste of anise. It also gave me a headache. I have about 20 other ROT teas that I absolutely love. This one is the only exception.
I love the taste. It is a great after dinner tea.
I'm not sure how that could be, but a taste comparison of this tea in bulk with the individually-wrapped version is striking. I would ask how it could be so different, though I expect them to reply "it isn't". Anyway, it makes one wonder why one would buy the tea, since it has a much less impressive flavor on a larger purchase. It's all right if it weren't so prohibitively expensive and the amount of tea so tiny and the tea fragments inside so small.
Herb tea with a punch. Love the hint of liccorice.
Somehow I lost/misplaced (I don't know, but it's a mystery!) my four (!) tins of Peter's Garden Tea, a limited edition tea from 2018. I Googled and found the introductory promo page at Republic of Tea. Then I searched here for bergamot - and this tea game up. The exact same ingredients are listed, and in the exact same order! It's fruity, minty, and yes, with the anise, an unusual cup - that I LOVE. I'm so glad to have found this. Thank you, Republic of Tea!
So I first tried this tea at Panera Bread and loved it. It was a very nice orange mint flavor with just a bit of ginger. I bought a tin of it later but the bags from the tin I bought don't have the same flavor. I taste very little orange or mint. I taste mostly anise and ginger. Which I don't care much for.
I enjoy my Espresso coffee every morning, I do not drink soda nor like the taste of water, so after my two cups of coffee, I only drink my republic of tea. It's the only tea brand I now drink. I have of course had other brands in my 67 years, but since I tried Republic at Panera It's the only brand I now drink. In the summer I drink it iced, in the fall, winter, and early spring hot. I have even shared it with my best friend in England, who now agrees with me.
We love buying on line as our closest store selects generic for their shelves ????
Great company with quality products and shipping. Love the Orange Ginger Peach. Cannot find it in stores. Glad that they stock it and ship.
I feel the quality of this product has diminished. We drink this tea nightly and buy in bulk. The newest package is really lacking in flavor.
This is my favorite light after dinner or afternoon tea!
Great with a teaspoon of honey.
I love an herbal tea at night. This one is perfect to sip, warm up, and feel cozy. It has a slight natural sweetness and a delightful blend of flavor. I always smell the teabags when I first open the can. Highly recommend!
Love the delicious combination of flavors.
I enjoy this after any meal, though mostly dinner. Full body and smooth. Settles the stomach too.
Enjoy your teas very much
My hubbys favorite tea. Mellow and not overpowering.
This is so yummy. I love drinking a cup in the evening Settles my tummy after a heavy meal Have already ordered more
This is one of my favorite teas. It's great anytime. Morning, after dinner, before bed, you name it. It has a great full aroma, and a much more complex flavor than most ginger teas. The ginger spice is complimented by soothing mint, orange, and grounding hyssop, anise & blackberry leaves. Beyond just the taste, I have stomach issues and this tea is a great relief from the discomfort. It is very soothing as a digestif. I highly recommend it to anyone who likes ginger or has intestinal ailments.
It is not a taste I would recommend. Even after adding honey, it doesn't get much better. Now I don't know what I would do with a whole bottle of it.
This product is delicious -- from the first sip to the last!
Soothes digestion in a pleasant sipping tea. After meals.
Have been drinking Orange Ginger Mint tea at nite for years now. It has a great taste and helps me wind down before sleep.
Great tea- healing and nourishing!
I was really looking forward to that flavor combination when I ordered this tea! Unfortunately, any ginger, orange, or mint in this tea is completely overpowered by the flavor of other ingredients. To me it tastes like Poultry Seasoning tea.
This has become a favorite replacement for coffee and black teas. It never disappoints and I usually splurge and put 2 teabags in my fairly large mug. I do let it steep for 5-8 min so I warm the cup first in the microwave with a bit of water, that is discarded when I fill it with the OMG Tea. Yes... Orange, Mint, Ginger. hahahahaha
Love the rooibos teas. Great flavor and good for you too! We order again and again! My husband is even a tea drinker now.
The Orange Ginger Mint tea is amazing !! So soothing .. Delish with a smidge of local honey . I will definately purchase again .
Thanks to a cup at Panera, I realized how tasty this tea is. I love complex tea with more than one layer of flavor--in this case, three--and I most especially love the anise hyssop! That's what makes this special to me! It will be a part of my permanent rotation!
I actually had a gift certificate to a cooking store and just had to buy stuff before it expired. I purchased the orange ginger mint loose with tea strainer among other things. It's so smooth and my husband and I drink it without adding anything to it. Can't wait to order more!
Being a Celiac I have more tummy troubles than most. Even better than peppermint tea for soothing my tummy is the Orange Ginger mint. Between the ginger and the mint it does the job. And it tastes good!
The black pepper in this tea is a bit strong, although more in the fragrance than in the taste. Otherwise it is good and not overly mint.
I purchased this tea at a supermarket. This tea is made with anise hyssop and seeds which overpower any of the ginger/orange/mint flavor. The anise gives too much of a licorice taste and I honestly could not taste any ginger or orange. Leave out the anise - this tea would be delicicious without it.
Perfect blend of herbs and no caffeine
Had this tea today at Panera..one of the best teas I've ever had!!
I discovered this tea at Panera bread and I fell in love with it. I was very happy to find it online here! This tea is perfect after a meal like the label describes it. The ginger taste gives it that touch that will leave you wanting more.
I like sweet and savory tea flavors this one is good however it is more of a big pop of ginger flavor with a tad orange after taste. The mint is hardly noticeable, I think its job is to make that ginger pop on the palate and it does.
A few months ago, my husband and I were sick with the flu (or the plague was more like it). Some good friends at church brought us some Amish Corn Soup and this amazing Orange-Ginger-Mint Tea. We had never tried this tea before and it was so calming to our stomach, especially after being sick for so long. We began ordering this tea, and now, we drink it every morning with raw honey and a squeeze of orange. If you can find some Tupelo Honey plus orange to put in this tea, it will be love at first taste! Sometimes, we drink this tea late at night. Of all the teas that we've tried, this is our absolute favorite!! Thank you Republic of Tea!
I ordered this tea not knowing how it would sit with the family. The tin was empty before I knew it! So I have ordered the 250 bag size. It is so delicious and settles the tummy easily. I highly recommend.
I started drinking this tea because I love the excellent flavor. I soon found that no matter what kind of stomach irritation I had, this was the cure. I assume it's the ginger, but regular ginger chews or ginger tea does not work as well. It's really special combination of herbs that work so well. I always keep some in the house, at the office, in my bag - and especially when I travel. I am never without it.
I never get tired of this wonderful tea! Such a clean fresh taste, it always makes me smile, I drink it warm or after it has cooled, Perfect.......
I got this in my office, It taste delicious flavor.. Awesome.. I like very much.
No matter what tea's-from ROT of course-i have I always have a bulk bag of this in my cabinet. Terrific taste and very soothing. I actually have a cup steeping right now.
Ginger is great for sore throats. Orange adds the vitamin c. The mint is also great. Add honey and a bit of lemon to this tea and it soothes sore throats and helps with hacking coughs.
The ginger gives a nice burn to my throat and is soothed by the cooling mint. Although I don't taste much orange, this tea is definitely very refreshing. In fact, it's invigorating. I LOVE THIS STUFF!
I first tried this tea at Panera and loved it! A friend ordered it for me as a gift and it is my favorite, favorite tea! It is my special treat/anytime/all the time tea. It's delicious!
I bought a trial tea bag at a local store and LOVED this. I drank it when I had a cold and an unhappy stomach. I don't think it needs any sweetener since the mint adds a touch already. Perfect the way it is!
This is the first tea that I am sadly going to have to return to TROT. All my tastebuds picked up were the harsh flavours of the anise hyssop, and anise seeds in this- leaving nothing but the taste of black licorice in my mouth. Unfortunately, I really don't like that taste so, back it goes.
This is a very tasty combination of flavors. I would highly recommend it.
I first tried this tea a Panara Bread. I then had to find it. I have been drinking this tea for two years and turned my best friend on to it. She now drinks it all the time. When I run out I automatically send her a refill. What are friends for.
This was another case of the name of the tea fooling me. Orange... yes. Ginger... yes. Mint... sometimes. But all together?? Ummm, not sure. But the friendly folks from Republic of Tea included a sample tea bag in the catalog, and being the cheapskate that I am, I couldn't just throw it away. I tried it. And it was delicious!! Who knew?! Turns out I love the combination. I can taste the orange, with just a hint of ginger. The mint is not overwhelming, but a soft sort of presence. Love it, both as a cold iced tea and hot. Very very nice!
The Orange Ginger Mint tea has the correct balance of spices and flavors. including ginger. The orange is hardly detectable (which is good, for me). The ginger is not overwhelming and is soothing to the digestive tract; the mint and spices are appropriately in the background. I have just ordered a refill packet. Thank you for a nice tea.
After moving to the small towns in the south I was having a horrible time finding anything ginger, which I love. My brother started sending me ginger "care packages". In one of the first ones this tea was included, it quickly became my favorite. As the can got closer to the bottom I slowed down. I finally asked my brother if he could find it again. To my surprise he ordered it and had 3 cans sent. I drink it cold in the summer ant hot in the winter, it continues to be my favorite.
I've been drinking Orange Ginger Mint tea for several years after trying it at Panera Bread. It is delish! I have a cup just about every day sometimes adding candied ginger to it. I have a chronic digestive issue that the tea helps soothe. It is so good, and I'm killing 2 birds with one stone...satisfying my tastebuds and my tummy!
This is a wonderful, wonderful tea for any occasion, any time - morning, noon, or night. It's my go-to tea when I don't know what I want, and I'm always totally delighted with it. A bit spicy, a bit sweet, calming yet uplifting, not caffeinated but won't make you sleepy, very balanced - does NOT have that fake citric-acid taste that I hate about many fruit teas, the ginger is nicely noticeable but not overpowering, the mint smooths everything out. "Refill" packs come in nice, paper-covered plastic-lined ziplock bags, no need to pay extra for the tin if you don't want to.
My husband bought this off the shelf and I squirmed because it was a bit expensive but then forgot about it. One night I was a bit anxious and had overeaten a big meal. He saw I was upset and he brought me over a cup of Orange Ginger Mint tea. At first sip I was immediately soothed and my taste buds were wrapped in this heavenly blanket. My stomach calmed down and I discovered a new best friend in tea. Each cup I am always 100% satisfied and I am TOTALLY a Republic of Tea convert because of it!!
I have loved this tea for years and buy it in bulk to be sure I'm never without it! This tea has helped me avoid having to take antacid medications and has also assisted in treatment for gall stones. I was diagnosed with gall blader issues several years ago and was recommended for surgery. To date, I have not had to go through with the surgery and I attribute this partly to drinking this tea on a daily basis. Thank you Republic of Tea!
I gave it a try while at a Panera Cafe and I was pleasantly surprised. It's refreshing and gingery and just a bit spicy with just a hint of sweetness in the finish. Each flavor isn't overpowering on it's own but together it's one of my favorite herbal teas.
Ah yes, back for another round of Orange Ginger Mint tea. Always liked the ginger tea and didn't think I would like it with the mint and orange. Republic of Tea sent a free bag and I was hooked. This is a reorder. It soothes the tummy, mint and ginger both do that. It has that vitamin C from the orange and, like all Republic of Tea, it is healthy and naturally good.
I was excited to try this tea as I love orange, ginger, and mint. I did not know it had anise in it. The licorice taste is really overpowering. I could hardly taste orange, ginger, or mint. All I got was what would have been more appropriately named "Spicy Licorice Tea". It went in the trash.
I was super excited to try this tea as I love just about every tea with ginger and most teas with mint. I will say that this tea smells like men's cologne and tastes like a combination of men's cologne and black pepper. It is a very abraisive herbal tea and not for the faint of heart.
I love caffeine. I don't drink herbal teas due to the lack of caffeine. This is a huge exception. I received a teabag of this with my catalog. I tried it because it sounded interesting. Wow! Is it ever! I actually ordered two. This is a great combination of flavors. Good Job.
This came to me as a free sample and now I am addicted, but it was an acquired taste. Like a spicy hot meal with too much heat, but so flavorful you can't stop eating it, so is the allure of this tea. The ginger and anise were a bit pungeant for me but the wonderful orange bergamot mint, lemon thyme, and blackberry leaves balanced it out and I found I couldn't stop rebrewing cup after cup, in one sitting. The ginger soothed my sore throat immediately. I'm a caffeine addict and love that this herbal blend is so flavorful yet calming to sip just before bed. It's one of the few teas I love to drink unsweetened. A new favorite.
I tried this at Khan mongolian and had to have it. When I got the tea at my house it tasted the same way I remembered. Its very light and smooth, great for relaxing.
This is our family's favorite tea. My husband says it takes away his cravings for sweets. It soothes the over eater's indigestion. It also is a wonderful aid in reducing the pain of menstrual cramps for our daughters, although it makes no such claim. Best of all, it tastes like a little bit of heaven in your cup!
soothing, mellows the GERD
This tea brings back fond memories of Oklahoma when my sister and I were in college. We used to head to a local bakery to enjoy a bottomless cup of hot Orange Ginger Mint tea. Now I buy it to drink a relaxing and delicious cup of tea at home. It tastes great hot or iced, and it makes me think of the autumn, falling leaves, and a beautiful (but cloudy) day.
Absolutely the best tea ever= worthy of being served at high tea across the pond! I take a small tin with me everywhere.....excellent, blend, soothing and satisfying.
One of the most flavorful teas I have ever had. Very soothing.
I do regularly buy tea from republic of tea and enjoy them all , this by far is my favorite, after dinner, its quite a treat, nice notes of ginger and mint, not overpowering, pleasant treat in the evening. I find I buy this this most.
I am a bit of a tea connoisseur, I have had more types of tea than I can count. I love the balance of all of the flavors, I always use this tea to help my unwind after work. This is my absolute favorite tea ever.
Not MY cup of tea. Too Minty for me.
This tea is a little of everything you need...some sweetness with a wonderful aromatic tongue-titalating blend. It's like "happiness" in a cup
This is, by far, the BEST herb tea ever.
I was seeking an herbal tea with ginger after another teamaker's lemon ginger tea would spill from the bags and be floating all thru my water. Ick! These tea bags are great and I love the mixture of orange and ginger with mint - a great combo. My only wish is that the ginger were a bit stronger because I love a strong ginger, but that's just personal preference. Will buy again.
I love this tea. One thing I did learn: It doesn't come to its full flavor until steeping for a full hour. I have a stainless steel thermal cup that I would put my tea in when I got to work. I wouldn't be able to get to it for an hour while I was setting up for the day. When I finally got to drink it, the tea had taken on a lovely sweet, spicy flavor; much more so than the recommended steeping time. This is the only way I drink it now. Give it a try. You'll be pleasantly surprised.
This tea is perfect for me. I love the way the ginger warms. The taste is fresh and makes me smile all the time. 5 teapots for it.
I adore most teas that I have tried from Republic of Tea, but this tea is misleading. It's called Orange Ginger Mint, but I taste the anise more than anything. I may be a little bit biased because I do not care for licorice at all. It is a pretty overpowering taste, but it's gotten great ratings, so maybe it's just me!
While I like many of the teas available from Republic of Tea, this is by far our favorite! We drink this after dinner every night, and sometimes I treat myself during the day, too! Often sold out at our favorite Asian grocery store, we decided to order online in bulk. Love this option! Thanks Republic of Tea!
Orange Ginger Mint herb tea is the tea to take on your travels. The ginger and the orange mint take turns coming to the fore. This is a smooth, peaceful tea. At the end of the day, a cookie with a cup of Orange Ginger Mint tea is the way to wind down. I am drinking it right now, on the balcony of my hotel in Tunisia, after my first day of work in Tunis.
I found this in wine country at a specialty tea store. It intrigued me for the use of after meal. My husband was troubled, as many are, by acid reflux. We made a joint decision, not wanting to take the Rx, over OTC's anymore, to only do the tea, see what it did for him, etc. We both love it. He does not take any Rx's or OTC's. And, by not taking the medicines, his cholesterol lowered. THRILLED, AND LOVE this tea.
My husband and I used to go for romantic dinners at Cafe Amsterdam in Fairfax, CA. We would always order this tea after dinner and I came to associate this flavor with cozy contentment. Since moving to Pennsylvania, I'd forgotten about it. My local grocery carries the Republic's teas but not this flavor. I recently found it at Panera and **whoosh** all those memories came flooding back. I always drink it with honey, I find that I don't appreciate the complexity of this tea without it. I certainly recommend this tea for anytime herbal coziness.
This is my favorite blend. It is naturally sweet, with just the right amount of spice. It is part of my nightly relaxation ritual.
A delicate orange, subtle ginger, and fresh mint flavor that doesn't overwhelm the pallet. This tea is just right during the mid-morning, before the rush of the day's activities, or while relaxing after dinner. (note: When chilled, the ginger flavor is prominent.)
This tea is always low in stock or sold out. Why ... you guessed it - it is the best!
This is a wonderful tea. The flavor is balanced just right. Whenever I have an upset stomach or ate too much, this is the one to keep on hand at all times.
