With that said, I think this peppermint tea is perfect for the casual peppermint tea drinker. The ginseng helps balance out how strong peppermint can be. So, if you "like" peppermint but are not obsessed with it, this might be the ones for you.

It's a delicious combination, and no sugar is needed. It has a light fruity taste and is much better for my family and me.

I have filed it under Spring Garden Variety. Personally I favor the bold! I've pictured this tea next to Get Burning which is the heavy lifter's champion brew!

More earthy and the licorice/echinacea were stronger than the peppermint or ginseng. Not bitter. Just not what I expected. If you want a subtle peppermint tea this may be for you.

If you are not used to ginseng teas the the smell may take a bit of getting used to but after you become accustomed it is fantastic. I will note that the licorice flavor is prominent which I love (I find it a comfort) but others may not like.

It has never failed to lessen the effects of colds and sometimes stops them from going into full blown misery. I've recommended it to friends for that purpose.

I grabbed a bag of sugar, thinking I would need to sweeten it to be able to drink it but was shocked when I tried it. It has a natural hint of sweetness, making additional sweetener unnecessary. The flavor combination is fantastic. I immediately ordered it in bulk, and have since become a complete devotee of Republic of Tea and drink their teas non-stop, but Ginseng Peppermint will forever be my one and only extra special favourite, for getting me started loving tea!
