Often flavored teas smell better than they taste, but this one is equally matched. Also just the right amount of caffeine. Not an every day tea for me, but more crave-able than something just to save for special occasions.

I'm a teacher and make myself a huge Yeti sized cup of Mate Latte to get me going and sip on throughout the morning. I prefer the taste of this tea when it steeps for quite a while and is very strong. I add raw honey and half and half to my Mate Latte and it is the most creamy, delicious tea ever. Cannot go a morning without it!

Though not a direct flavor or caffeine replacement for us coffee aficionados, this tea is delicious and relatively full favored. I generally do not like to add milk to my tea but I find a small dash of half and half in a mug is the perfect touch to make this a tea I look forward to in the evening. This one goes straight to the top of my favorite rooibos teas.

Strong notes of coffee and chocolate, delicious plain or with milk and sugar. Really glad I tried it, this is one we'll drink over and over again.

This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars For people who've never had this tea I tell them it has the slight acidity like coffee, the smoothness of tea, and a chocolate/nutty finish. You have to try it to understand. When brewed too strong it's not as pleasant, and is more like coffee. It's a nice iced tea too, again, much like iced coffee. When you add a splash of milk of your choice, the creamier texture makes it more reminiscent of hot chocolate. For a culinary delight, try steeping it in hot cream for an icecream recipe. The result is amazing and tastes very much like coffee icecream. I think the next time I'll swirl in some fudge revel before freezing it. It's certainly worth trying for those with icecream makers! You won't regret it.

One must look at this beautiful tea in the canister, then enjoy the fragrance, and finally brew it. This tea and the Chai Green Full Leaf both have almonds as an ingredient and are unlike any other teas I have ever. Absolutely delightful!!

It has this wonderful color combination of yellow, blue, and dark brown. Next, the smell is wonderful. It is deep, sweet yet musty and you can smell the chocolate and the nuts pretty well (at least I can). The taste of this tea is wonderful as well. It is rich, full and is very close to coffee. The aftertaste is not bitter at all and very pleasant. If you love black, full bodied and deep flavored teas, this one is beyond compare. It won't disappoint! I recommend this to everyone! One of the most satisfying teas I've ever had!

This has been difficult to find d locally, so I have been ordering in bulk now for 2 years. I make a big pot every morning, put it in my thermal carafe and drink all day. This is certainly nothing like coffee. But the caffeine content sneaks up on you which I love. I was not jittery at all which I can get from coffee. And the aromas are intriguing, and especially enhanced when paired with cream and sugar.

This tea is wonderful after a meal or with breakfast and goes very nicely with a drop of almond or coconut milk. Not something I always reach for but something I want to always have on hand. With a little stevia it satisfies a sweets craving when you are trying to avoid dessert too - a definite bonus.

I had been drinking it black, and it's fine that way, but when I put creamer in it, just to try it, I realized how close to coffee it is. I was pleasantly surprised - it's just like coffee mocha, but the mocha isn't overwhelming. If I had to drink coffee black, I'd switch to this tea as my exclusive morning drink. Right now, it's my evening alternative and I like it just as much as coffee.

I disagree with anyone who suggests any coffee drinker looking to switch to tea would like this because sometimes, "close, but no cigar" is farthest away. This tea is not a coffee substitute, in my opinion. However, the coffee drinker's palette would very likely be most receptive to this tea, compared to other teas.
