When I want something without caffeine and not mint my options are kind of limited. I decided to try rooibos (especially after The Number 1. Ladies' Detective Agency mentions it so often) and I'm thrilled. It's as deep and almost tannic like a black tea, but with none of the caffeine jitters. The flavor has a slight natural sweetness and an almost mint-like herbal note. Definitely a fan!

I also love that they padded the box with the leftover cutouts of the tea pouches, so environmentally friendly and resourceful!!! The tea itself is delicious hot or iced with honey and lemon. My all time favorite. I made this as iced tea for my hubby who doesn't even like iced tea you would get at a restaurant or store, but he actually loved it.
