The second time, I drank two cups of the tea, and it seemed to provide a benefit. It took about 8 hours. I need to experiment some more before I can provide an accurate opinion. I love that I am getting organic high quality tea with unbleached tea bags. I look nowhere else for my tea needs. I have 2-4 cups per day of their teas.

She said that she would use a tea, but was concerned that it would have to have a stimulant like caffeine, that would keep her awake all night. I had bought her a tin to try. The first time she used it, it worked overnight for her and she got a full night sleep. Although she does not need to take it every night, she asked for a refill for Christmas!

I had one cup of this tea before bed. I was very impressed that by morning, I easily pooped and even later that day was easily able to go again. I did notice a bit of GI cramping; not sure if anyone else had that issue. I'd probably recommend starting off with only one cup and make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day. I like that it's a nice natural option and could probably be used in combination w fiber supplements.

It was a heaven-sent addition to my battery of post-surgical supports (which were all meant to counter the side effects of heavy pain killers - if you know, you know...). Also, the warm water is soothing and can by hydrating as most supplements of this nature have dehydrating effects.

Even if I only travel a couple hours away. I have been that way since childhood. I discovered this tea in a gift shop when I was on a ten day trip and one day after taking it. I had movement. The taste is not that enjoyable. However, I don't brew it hot for flavor. I ice mine (one tea pod) in a big travel mug with water and sip it with a straw after having my morning coffee to just hydrate. If I drink this tea while not travelling, at home I have about two movements a day, which feels great too. I'm a huge fan of this tea. And I have tried EVERYTHING!
